I went to the store in Talke for a few bits. The staff there were great and got me evetything i needed.

The carving knife was reasonably priced and cuts through meat like slicing butter.

Staff are always so pleasant and polite. Always helping to find ways to save money. Putting the the customer first. Will buy everything I need for the kitchen from here.

The assistant made it easy to pay and added my blue light and 20% discounts
She checked the goods were in good condition before repacking

New Knives. Purchased a set of knives, a knife block and some utensil pots. I knew what I wanted so the transaction was quick, everything was packed well and the staff asked if I needed any assistance. The items are great quality.

We thought we wanted a new cast iron casserole pan but after the great advice from the sales assistant Debbie we chose a stainless steel one. She gave us the pros and cons of all the pans available which was very helpful.

The staff were amazing, the lady we dealt with knew her stuff and was very helpful

I had a great experience your member of staff was excellent and nothing was to much trouble the items I bought were exactly what I wanted.
I’ve bought products from this range going back at least fifteen years and they are all still in the same condition as when they were bought.

Staff v helpful in finding the baking products I wanted to make a lovely gift set for my daughter-in-law 😊
