Very cheerful guy welcomed us as his first customers. Always enjoy visiting ProCook, whether near us, at Fort Kinnaird, or in York at the outlet malls on our annual holidays. The shop always looks tidy and the products very tempting. We recently bought one of their own branded pots and it is fantastic. Will be adding to the set going forward.

Good selection and staff support
While i knew roughly what i was looking for the staff in store were able to help point out options and allow me to refine choices very quickly. Add to that good prices made beteer by multibuy discount and i was very pleased with the experience.
