Buying Cast Iron I saw Online in Store
I called up a few days beforehand to ask about the product I wanted to buy to check it was in stock at Fort Kinnaird, the person on the phone was really helpful and confirmed there was stock available. This meant I was able to go pick up the item in person instead of ordering online and paying for delivery.
When I went to buy the item the transaction was quick and easy.

electric salt grinder
I was buying an electric salt grinder, i went to the till and one of the girls told me that there was a grinder without salt in it as the one in my hand was a display one. We had a good laugh about it, but a great experience.

A great shopping experience from friendly, helpful, staff.
I am more than pleased with the product which fulfils the need for a replacement coffee grinder. Quiet in use compared to my previous model and it allows for a more comprehensive range of grind consistency.

Was in the shop twice - first assistant was so helpful but when I returned the other assistant didn’t seem to know stock and I had to tell her that the shop did have the item I requested
