Paid for express delivery and placed order on 29th July. Still nothing. Very poor service

I paid for express delivery for one year. Waste of money. Delivery is supposed to take up to 2 working days but it has already been 4 days and my parcel has just been received by the couriers. I'll be waiting another 1-2 days for delivery now. Don't expect to receive your order on time. I'll be sending everything back because I don't need any of it anymore.

Crap customer service. So i ordered the filter by molly mae extra dark tan and the filter by molly mae LARGE body velvet mitt. When my package arrived i received the extra dark but got sent the filter by molly mae SMALL face mitt instead, dunno how they made that stupid mistake. I got onto plt and they said i had to return the mitt and they would send me out the large mitt that i did actually order. After a couple of emails back and forth they told me that the large mitt was now out of stock and they would give me a refund instead but also if i wanted to repurchase the large mitt they would refund me the delivery, all i had to do was buy it again and email them the new order number and they would refund the delivery. I did receive an email stating i would get a refund and after a couple of days i did receive my refund. That was fine, so i wait until the mitt was back in stock and repurchased it and paid for express shipping. I got an email then stating it was dispatched and i emailed plt again with my order number and they refunded me the delivery. I waited for longer than i should have for express delivery and every time i went to track my package it said “being packed up” even though i received a dispatched confirmation email!! I got onto plt again over this and they kept putting me off saying wait until the end of the week end if nothing then get back onto them. So i waited and still no package so i got back onto them and they said my order had failed! Mind you the money went out of my account for the item so i dunno how it failed but i had to get onto them for them to tell me what had happened. Obviously they over sold the item. They said they would issue me another refund but i haven't received a confirmation email stating this. Im going to give them a couple of days and if i dont receive my money back I’ll do a charge back with my bank. This company is a joke! I wont be buying from them again.

Not true to size at all. Unless you are a size 0, their clothes won't fit you. I no longer order from them. Not worth it.

I am writing a review because of great efficient service from Abbas, they listened to my issue and wasnt sure if it could be done because i didnt have the right things for it but I pushed and they came through to get it sorted with the right team so thank you so much

Ordered from PLT for first time in Nov and had nothing but hassle straight off. First the let me order and pay for a jacket that was out of stock,they refunded the money. When i received the other clothes i ordered the quality was very poor so i returned them, I was refunded for 1 item but not the other 3items I returned at the same,they claimed the return hadnt been recieved and i would have to wait 28days. I had to email them several times with the reciepts of my return,my order number and the names of the items,i kept getting different people emailing me back so each time i had to repeat all of this to each person!! Very poor customer care and very frustrating. Eventually the refunded me for 2 items not 3,which where all in the same package?? So now i have to start the emailing process AGAIN! Will never use or recommend this company to anybody

Ordered a jacket from plt end of January,after 2 weeks when it didn’t arrive I checked email and tracked it and said it was delivered,it wasn’t!contacted plt and basically they said cause I left it too long to query there was nothing they could do as courier said was delivered!we have been home last 2 months so would have seen or heard van outside as we live in the sticks

Ordered lovely pyjama sets for myself and was very excited but when they got here you wouldn’t wear them if someone paid you, the material on every item was awful and I was certain the cropped pyjama top would fit over my bust (I’m a size 10) but it wouldn’t even pull over it, the pyjama bottoms were extremely tight and seemed like they would only fit someone who is 5’3 or smaller, desperate quality and small sizes

I think this website is amazing and the customer service is great . I ordered from the sale in December, and I did pay for overnight shipping , I was disappointed not to receive and for in contact and they gave me a full refund on the shipping .the. Team at plt replied to me instantly on WhatsApp . I love the clothes I received from the sale and at a great price too.

Normally buy off here rather than boohoo or Missguided, personally like their website layout etc. clothing is great but from experience I don’t buy their joggers as I’m 4 11” and a uk 6/8 and they just don’t fit me personally how I like them. I also stay away from anything with the material “basic” as it’s quite see throughout. Other than that I like this site a lot and would recommend

Do not buy next day delivery. On all three occasions since buying the service it has not been fulfilled. I was told it had to be ordered before 1pm for next day delivery - I did this on two occasions neither arrived next day. I assumed if I order after 1pm it would come the following day not next day (order Monday after 1pm - expected Wednesday as per their estimated delivery) but I was waiting over a week. Having talked to PLT online they refuse to give a refund for the service even though the service is not as advertised and has not been provided.

Would give 0 stars if I could worst customer care I ever have seen never received my order decided I would contact them on Facebook got a reply back from them was willing to resend me order when I said I would prefer for a refund as I was afraid if it happened again I would definitely lose my money I was told no they had to investigate why was there not an investigation mentiod the first time it seems to me once the take ur money they dont want to give it back can anyone advice me privately what to do next please as it was alot of money I will be taking legal action against them never will I buy again from them first time and last time 😡

WARNING Honestly the worst experience I have had with any online company. I am normally happy with PLT. The website took all details of my bank card to pay for my order, then the website refreshed to a page saying 'Oooops something went wrong with your order',
I tried again to get my order to go through, three times. Still it did not work until the fourth time when it eventually went through.
HOWEVER, I checked my bank and PLT has taken 150 pound FOUR Times leaving me without 450 pound. Their customer service has been appalling, nobody is willing to read my explanation and plea to get my money back. I have spent hours waiting for my banks to take my calls over the last two weeks, so not only have they taken 450 pound they have also caused a massive phone bill and offered no support of any support in order to help their customer. STILL I have no word from PLT or reassurance. Be aware when there is a 'technical fault' on their website to check your bank, because for me they took my money and are not willing to help me, I am still 150 pound times four down and I am still waiting on ANY form of clear and helpful communication (Ive tried twitter, their plt, WhatsApp, their facebook messenger, instagram and complaints) .
I have never had a problem like this with any other brands such as boo hoo, misguided, in the style, nasty gal.
