Arrived quickly and seemed to be good quality. The only issue I had was that returns seem to take ages to process, with practically no updates on your return status. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Absolutely terrible and cheap clothing, nothing like what is advertised on the website! Sizes are so inaccurate it’s beyond belief! Paid for next day shipping at €8, item arrived 5 days later. Bottoms looked like the had already been worn as there was lint and hair on them. Will be taking this to the ombudsman as shipping is falsely advertised!

EDIT: I recommend anyone that has had any of these issues, particularly the next day delivery “scam” to contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission ccpc.ie

Very disappointed with this company! My parcel has gone missing! When I contacted the customer service team, they said they cannot refund my money back because it was delivered to the wrong address! my goods were worth over £200! Please do not trust this company and never place any orders with them!!!

Would give no stars if I could, tried to order on PLT website my order ‘failed’ but the money was still taken from my account, I emailed customer service straight away but have still received no answer, I asked for a refund 5 weeks ago and still nothing just excuses , have received emails from multiple people from customer service all just pawning me off when I ask why hasn’t my refund come in, I’ve sent 30+ emails and also messaged their Instagram. I think I have been scammed so I would advise to never order from this company. The most recent email they asked me to wait another 8 business days for an answer when I have already waited 5 weeks DO NOT ORDER

I am based in Ireland, I ordered two clothing items, A decor book, storage box and hair supplies.
The delivery was super fast and all items were as described and in perfect condition.
I would buy from them again they have a great selection.

Next day delivery, IS NEVER NEXT DAY... 3 days later still waiting

I would give zero stars if I could. I returned an item to them. Three weeks later no refund into my bank account. After a lot of emails back and forth to their customer service they told me they would be unable to help me any further as it was an issue with my bank. However my bank said the problem was on their end. Very disappointed I’m down money with nothing to show for it

Just shop elsewhere, that's my short and very candid advice to you. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere and don't waste it on these guys.

Thought it was a once off that my delivery never arrived after nearly a month and 3 delivery dates later given .

Not one bit impressed. I order over 100 euro worth of clothes which should have been delivered on 9th March. Never arrived. Was then told it be 15th. Still no sign. Now I'm told they haven't even left warehouse. Never again. I wish I could give no stars

Dress arrived with a broken zip could not try on dress. The dress was totally see through and the cheapest quality material with loose threads everywhere. Will never buy again.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a fur coat, what I received was a pair of jeans. How can you mix up a big order like that. I'm glad I did it on Klarna. Because I will not be paying £50.00 for jeans. And to top it off the the everi courier sent it to the wrong address and had the cheek to send me the picture someone else taking it in. It's a good thing my neighbours are honest and brought the wrong item to my door. I have sent an email. Let's see how long they take to answer.

Sadly I have had to post a review here as I have had virtually no help from PLT atall... If I could give less than one star I would, I bought pink wedge sandals from their site yesterday evening advertised at €23.... Only reason I bought because of reduction..... They took €52 out of my bank..... No reduction, I immediately emailed and lodged a complaint spoke to virtual help, useless by the way, its now the afternoon of 2nd day and no one has replied, I just want a refund as goods were falsely advertised, I posted on fb and insta in the hope of a reply and yes an employee advised I wait for delivery on 15th Dec, then return them and rebuy at reduced price.... I kid you not! Unbelievable, thankfully I took a screenshot of the reduced price online as after I sent emails and complained the reduced price miraculously disappeared! Still no one has contacted me about my refund on the falsely advertised product, I have worked in retail all my life and have never ever seen such disregard or bad bad customer care.... I was totally scammed and have had zero follow up... Shame on you Pretty Little Thing.€29 overcharge and no response.

Would never order from these scammers again. I ordered a dress for an event and it arrived looking NOTHING like the photo. Now I’m left looking for an outfit last minute. How difficult is it to manufacture items that look the same as the ones on the website? Stay clear

Unreliable retailer. Charging for services (in this case, express delivery for an agreed delivery date) but items not received.

Annoyed at myself for trusting this company.

Warning to other - be cautious when relying on this company’s advertised delivery times as they are false/misleading and a tool to charge a higher delivery fee. The express delivery is a scam.

Well prett little thing you replied back to my review not helping my Situation in any way r form anyways great news I found my receipt and guess what I tracked the number and it has arrived in ur depo since October now pleas answer why use have treating me so badly and why does a customer have to keep contacting use I. Second order never again 👎

Got a few bits, split in 2 packages.
First package sent 16th October.
Enquired about second package as no sign, they sent second then 21st October.
Both packages never traceable to this day.
Contacted them, they said packages were picked up and to wait.
Contacted An Post and they said they never received parcels. That was 2 days ago. Prettylittlething fighting saying they did collect it, then showed them screenshot of chat with An Post, then admitted it wasn’t picked up etc and to wait today 28th Friday.
Of course nothing showed since they ADMITTED it was never picked up!

Contacted them again this morning as of course parcel never showed (as they never sent it to begin with!!) to say yes I’d get a refund but I’d have to wait till 7th of November to get my refund as parcels still might show up!!!
Are they insane?? 🫢
Absolutely disgusting company with unproductive customer service staff.

Bare in mind I’m getting married next week and they knew over a week ago I was and still did nothing.
Another company I bought from took a while too but once they heard I needed it in a time frame they shipped next day no problem and have it now over a week, they’re an Irish company as well and bought same day as this order 😂😂

Package just never arrived. No agents available through chat, no response on social media. Ordered nearly a month ago. There seems to be an issue with deliveries to Ireland, so best to avoid until that is solved.

I place my order on 1st October (2 items). For some bizzare reason both items were shipped separately on the same day. One item arrived on the 6th October. The other item is currently still at customs. The one and only update on the fastway tracking link is from 6th October and is being held at customs. I am flying away on holidays on 18th October and I needed this order for then. Pretty little thing have been of NO HELP. They're delivery on website clearly states 3-5 days. Their only advice was to place the order again and pay for express delivery and then return the original item when it eventually arrives. I was advised I would need to return my original item within 28 days .however I will not be able to do this as i am going away for a month. Will not be ordering again from this company
