One star ONLY as I ordered express delivery (which arrived exactly when it said it would) & my return was actually processed very efficiently BUT my word.. the quality of the clothing from Pretty Little Thing was absolutely SHOCKING!
All items in the order had the strangest fit to them, one was made to fit completely different to what images had originally presented online & another had a slanted, crooked pattern throughout the whole front. An absolute joke. I also got sent an incorrect item - a white dress instead of the skirt I had purchased & to make matters worse, this dress had a black stain on the front & absolutely STUNK of perfume from someone who had previously tried it on for too long. So they’re happy to accept returns like this & send out to other customers? Disgrace. Definitely avoid. This is not the same PLT that had been around before.

Overall I will be waiting a week for an express delivery that was supposed to be delivered two days ago.See less

Customer service is the worst
Never in my life have I dealt with a worse customer service team. Had an issue with a product that I needed for a holiday, have been onto them through message for two weeks with no answer. Constant messages from chat bots saying ‘our customer care team is busy’ honestly it’s a disgrace and so frustrating. Don’t order from here
Extremely disappointing customer service
Extremely disappointing customer service experience with PrettyLittleThing.
I experienced repeated delivery issues within a very short period despite paying for delivery each time. My most recent order contained dresses needed for a specific event, however the tracking stopped updating and the parcel was eventually confirmed as lost.
What made the situation especially frustrating was the handling of the issue by customer support. I contacted them a number of times before my event, once it became clear the parcel was delayed, but instead of offering any proactive solution or replacement while there was still time, I was repeatedly given generic AI responses and told to wait for investigation dates to pass.
The process took weeks to resolve and required constant back-and-forth through written chat support only, which was particularly difficult for me as someone with dyslexia.
Although a replacement order was eventually arranged after extensive chasing, no goodwill gesture or meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused was offered at any stage.
Mistakes can happen with deliveries, but the quality of customer care when things go wrong is what matters most — and unfortunately this experience fell far below what I would expect.
Absolutely disgraceful
Absolutely disgraceful! When I placed an order, I did not receive a confirmation email or receipt with my order number. The items that arrived were terrible quality but I did not have an order number to use the returns portal. I contacted the customer service team multiple times to address the issue and was met with continued resistance and was told I would need to be €5 for a receipt? I have never heard such a thing.
Customer service is a joke.
Its unreasonably difficult to contact customer service, the second i get hold of an "agent" it's back to the ai response where I had to input my order details like 500 times. I contacted them about a late package that hasn't come in 3 weeks, after a bit of back and forth with an AI, I find out that it ended up being lost in transit.
I asked for a resend on Instagram but then moved to email due to the lack of response.
The next day I get an Instagram message saying that they resent my item, however, on email – I get told that the item is unavailable and a refund will be processed to my account. Which one is it plt???
I ended up ordering the same thing on the boohoo website yesterday and it's getting delivered tomorrow. So just order off of boohoo people.
I dont even care if the dress is awful quality atp, my graduations in two weeks and this is all the hope I have. 😐

don’t bother buying from this shitty ass company it’s like they don’t even wanna be in business anymore with the LACK of customer service. They’ll get back to you on instagram and refer you to a AI i literally got ghosted for 3 hours by a possible human on messenger. Only reason i was contacting them was because i had no info about my order status whether or not it was dispatched and apparently it was and i still didn’t get emails about or anything about my tracking number. Completely ridiculous.

I ordered two pairs of boots, wanted to send one pair back. Couldn't get a return label as was showing not delivered, then accused of fraud because they were.I sent proof of postage approx six times and had to keep supplying ref/ordered numbers. Still no refund 2 months on. Tried to escalate complaint but can't get details just keep getting ignored.
Awful customer service
PLT has fallen off. Customer service is nonexistent. I have been waiting for over 2 months for a refund on an order that I didn’t receive. There’s no hope of receiving the refund. It’s really sad and frustrating.
Paid express even though I had a week…
Paid express even though I had a week before my daughter needed the dress but still didn't arrive on the day or days afterwards. Apparently when I emailed they gave me additional 10 days for express which was a waste of money now since it won't be express or even on time. Would never recommend as after telling my friends they had experienced the same.
Delivery scam
Item ordered and they said dispatched 28th December. Almost immediately said thanks for the returned item and will refund. They hadn't dispatched never mind us returning. They refund WITHOUT shipping costs. A scam and a half.

I paid extra money for express delivery and the package did not arrive. When I contacted PLT they advised they changed the date for the delivery and therefore the order wasn’t late. Why advertise express delivery as 2 days and then change the date after the person has made the order? 5 days later and no sign of the package

APPALLING COMPANY! Worst customer service.
I ordered quite alot of items in August 2025, they arrived when they said they would. However alot of the clothes I bought were very bad quality, and I did order 2 of some to try on in different sizes, which I knew I would be returning. I returned half of the items (about 600 pounds worth of clothes) and after a month of hearing nothing, reached out to the team about my refund. NOTHING... no help what so ever apart from a bot called KAI. It's so infuriating dealing with brands like this that just don't care about their customers... I wouldn't mind but it wasn't my first order from them! I had ordered quite a few times from them in the past. Well... never again.

absolutely incompetent brand and fraud the item are different than on the picture online, sizes are completely wrong, before i bought same brand size 10 from different website and was very small, this time i have bought 12 and very big, they have charged me for shipping charge and extra i paid for the delivery, now i have to return the item and have to pay courier charges more than the cost of the item. FRAUD Avoid this company.

Do not ever buy from this company. It’s a scam. I placed an order for close to €100. Clothes arrived and were very cheap looking. Corset had plastic wiring sticking out and two items were not even the same colour as photo on the website. Tried to return them through returns portal which is not working. I messaged them on text, WhatsApp, Instagram and emailed them. Got one response off an AI robot and then nothing for over a week. Then sent them multiple more messages and photos of the returns portal not working. Nothing again. Then got a message from apparently a person sending me the link for the returns portal and telling me to send photos of error message even though I had already sent and it was on the thread of messages. Sent it again and I got an AI robot response as if I was starting a new conversation. Give me my bloody money back. I am reporting you to the bank. Worst company and customer service I have ever come across in my life. Also messaged them originally and said just send a return label to my email address. No package received
I ordered dress for November on October 1st thinking surely it’ll come in time. I was wrong. The package still hasn’t arrived and every time I try to get in touch with them I’m completely ignored, it’s ridiculous. I got no refund either. It said it was supposed to arrive October 7th and it never did. It’s been two weeks and still no sign

I would not recommend pretty little thing at all. I got sent the wrong parcel, I got in touch with them and sent it back I didn't hear a response from the 24th September till the 13th October. I didn't get an apology and they won't send me out the item what I wanted. There meant to be this big business but they don't know how to run it at all. I should have been offered a refund and my item as I didn't hear from them for so long. I would not recommend this company because this isn't the first time I have had issues.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent a parcel back on the 9th August, I have the receipt to prove it. No contact from them at all about the refund. I messaged them through Instagram as they don't seem to have an email address, I was told my refund was cancelled, why I don't know, so I messaged them back and I haven't heard anything since. I have messaged them 3 more times, I have told them that if I don't hear anything in the next 24 hours then I will seek legal action...The refund is worth over €200, it's a disgrace

Reading the reviews I also wish I could give zero stars. I have ordered off PLT loads and never had any issues but I’m waiting for a refund since beginning of August of €70(and when I looked into it I saw I never received my refund of a blazer jacket in February.) I’m now waiting for a refund of €100. The customer service is terrible. Told me my refund was cancelled with no explanation and I’ve been waiting for an email from customer service for days. I’m so angry…they are literally robbing people’s money. Will NEVER order off them again and I highly encourage people not to also.
