Drove over from South Wales and received great service from the team at Praters. I bought a Volvo xc70 in fantastic condition from them, They even took my old work van in as part X at a better than expected price!!
Everyone who has seen the Volvo is astounded at its condition. I have not hesitated in recommending that a trip to Praters is more than worth while. Well done Praters and thank you.

Great experience from this seller I only bought a cheap car from them a Vauxhall Adam but they were fantastic just as if I purchased a Lambo off them, you get a real sense of a Family run business here and we were treated very well, no pushy sales they let you look around without bothering you but are there if you need them, would recommend them to anyone.

Business had gone great with these people until vehicle arrived when I saw scratch and dent on fuel door which wasn’t declared asked for £50 towards the repair was told no left a bad taste in the mouth be warned shame!

I have recently bought a skoda VRS from praters. Great car and great service. Would definately reccomend this garage and certianly visit them again when I'm ready to upgrade.
Close to the end of my warranty the I noticed an oil leak, I called praters and sent a quote. The money is now in my account and the work is being done today at my local garage. Solving this problem was effortless, if only everything was that easy!
Look forward to using them again.

Well finally I can write a review about Praters.Its taken all this time since I bought my mitsubishi L200 from them and still on going to get it fixed. I had driven 5 hours to see vehicle in the snow but never again and on which they said I could take it to a garage near me if there any problems with vehicle and they would pay for it. Well that was a lie, first they said I was rude because I asked for money for electrical repair when they said go ahead with repair and didn't pay. Then the fuel injectors were not working properly and needed to be done (still on going)and asked for car to be returned as they would fix it(under warranty) and I bought on the agreement I didn't have to bring it back because I lived to faraway to be repaired and agreed I could use a garage near me as we agreed on buying said vehicle. As I said before I will never ever buy a car from(PRATERS) again and I warn every body don't buy a car when it has been snowing and get all agreements in writing.

A great dealer, friendly staff and I didn’t feel pressured to buy the vehicle that I went to see. I did buy it and they gave took my vehicle as a p/x. A very good dealer and would recommend.

Collected my dream car today from Praters and received wonderful service, offered me and my friend a hot drink and treated us well throughout. But the best part was when he gave me £20 from his own pocket to top up fuel! What a gentleman he is and a great run business by all at Praters

Absolutely the worst people/ car garage to do business with. Firstly they are rude and secondly the motors they sell excuse my language are sh**. Bought a car from them, not cheap either. A month down the line engine blew up. Rang them and they laughed down the phone said nothing to do with them. Well we shall see about that. After fighting my own corner they eventually took the car in for an assessment to confirm that the engine had blown up and tried to blame me and said I drove the car into a pond 🤣. What a rediculos excuse. No it wasn't because I drove it into a pond but as a matter of fact was due to the lack of servicing and maintenance (that had apparently been done). Anyway cut the long story short. They now have the car back I have been fully refunded and will not be going back to them. Who's laughing now ya dickeds 🤣I sure do hope they read this. Please people stay away. Read reviews before hand.

Whenever i read other reviews and they seem disgruntled I can't help but think they didn't ask the right questions or that they haven't researched the car they're buying correctly.
The Ryan, Aaron and kerry were welcoming, to the point and straight up. My L200 was a rare find and a slight issue with a loose fan belt was corrected immediately. They also did not drive a hard bargain and worked excellently with my budget.

Bought my truck just over 3 months ago now they have been faultless there warranty has been spot on and have gone above and beyond and will be buying again from them in the future and recommend them to everyone

Rang them about a car i was interested in so they sent me he worst video/walk around if ever seen! Sent them messages and tried ringing for 2 days to be told the car is sold.but its still up for sale 2 days later! Awfull experience!

We called this morning about 9am (from the call now button on there website) to speak about an Audi Q7 which was advertised on eBay and also there website. I was told the vehicle was still available and booked a time to look as we are 1.5 hours away and have 2 young children. We arrived at the correct time to be told by a ‘colleague’ that the vehicle was sold YESTERDAY!! Even tho I had spoken about this vehicle and was assure by the individual on the phone the vehicle was there. What an absolute waste of time and fuel. As a suggestion remove vehicle from your selling sites and inform all employees when a vehicle has sold before they tell someone it’s still available 😡

Bought my Toyota Hilux last year ,no problem,at all , excellent customer service,very polite and professional staff,Aaron was so helpful, I definitely buy my car from them in future,and highly recommend 💯👍

Travelled over 35 miles to view a vehicle. Greeted by seller who had a very rude manner, unhelpful attitude. Far too many vehicles to be any good. All vehicles looked at had some fault i.e one had nearly bald tyres, one had a cracked windscreen, one had wires hanging and one had a leak in the boot. Very disappointing and complete waste of time and diesel !! How they can be approved by The AA is questionable.

Bought a lovely Fiat Punto great price and condition. Staff were more than helpful, MOT was due in March so they took care of it free of charge. Absolutely recommend!
