I’m all up for supporting local businesses rather than large corporate, so I bought a personalised curved message hammered disc necklace from Posh Totty. The personalised stamping looked great and was accurately done. It was a little smaller than I imagined, but this was my fault as the dimensions are clearly visible in the product description. After a number of months of wearing it the disc eye hole broke off and I reported this to Posh Totty. The way they handled this problem was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely timely in their communication and gave me various options to resolve the issue. Once I chose an option things were resolved extremely quickly 😀

Based on the look of their designs and their after sales support, I would definitely buy from Posh Totty again.

I received a DIY silver ring kit as a gift and loved it. I corresponded with Emily and Natalia from the customer services team about doing multiple designs and various other logistics, and they were both fantastic. The finals rings turned out great, thank you!

Hi there, I recently ordered a Kintsugi silver locket which included my family photos inside. I just wanted to say thank you for having my order dispatched so quickly. I contacted Posh Totty about the delivery timeframe, as I wanted to wear the locket to my late father’s funeral. I panicked as I didn’t think it would arrive in time and I’m very grateful that it did! I’m so happy with the locket and I would definitely recommend from Posh Totty to my friends and family.

I was bought a necklace as a gift with my kids birthstones in for 50th! This was in march 2023, I noticed one of the stones had fallen out recently. I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do. They replied very quickly asking for photos and then said they would replace the stone free of charge if I returned it. They even gave me a free postage label. They whole process between returning and resending back was around a week and they kept me informed via email with each step of the process! I believe you need to notify them if any faults within 30 days of receiving their items but on this occasion they went above and beyond, repairing nearly 2 years after! Absolutely 10/10 service, and a massive thank you!

Wonderful company! I purchased a ring a year and a half ago and noticed on holiday this year the diamond was missing. I e-mailed and was advised that they usually do not repair faulty rings after 30 days but that the head jeweller agreed to mend it for me. The ring was sent back to me as good as new within weeks. Really impressed by the quick service and lovely customer service from Natalia and Jesie at Posh Totty Designs. Thank you!

I recently ordered a Kintsugi silver locket and couldn't be happier. I emailed through my photos which Jesie arranged to be printed and added inside the locket, as well as arranging for an engraving on the back of the locket. Customer service communication was spot-on, prompt, friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time. The locket is gorgeous and just what I was hoping for. Would definitely order from Posh Totty again for myself or gifts for others.

I received a beautiful Posh Totty initial necklace as a gift. It is so delicate and elegant. Unfortunately the necklace broke. I emailed the team and they were so responsive and helpful. They offered me a return label and sorted the issue out so quickly without any fuss at all.

I love my purchase from Posh Totty, a delicate necklace to celebrate the birth of my daughter...who some time later was the very person who helped break that same necklace! I reached out to Posh Totty to see what options I had. Molly in the customer service team picked up my request and was so friendly, helpful and efficient in providing the solution. Posh Totty make such lovely products and their shop in Brighton is always lovely to visit but id never had a need for their customer service until recently. I lost a part from my earring and contacted them about a replacement.

They got back to me so quickly, found a resolution for me and processed everything so quickly I can’t quite believe it. Thank you Molly for being friendly, helpful and genuine. Funny how a really positive experience like this feels even more valuable than the beautiful jewellery I’ve come to know the company for. 10 out of 10

Beautiful necklace ordered for my partner. Ordering was nice and simple and a quick delivery time. In transit the chain in the box had become a little tangled and we were initially unable to untie the knot it had got itself into.
I emailed to get any hints or tips to resolve the issue and Molly from customer service replied within 10 minutes of me sending my email, with a couple of pointers to help. Within another 5 minutes of her reply I had a chain that was now untangled!
My partner loves it, and I would 100% recommend! I will be using posh totty designs again for sure!

I received a personalised necklace as a gift a year ago and have worn it every day since but I ended up ruining it trying to clean it (entirely my fault). I was gutted but then discovered that they did a refurb service which was incredibly reasonably priced. I was expecting them to say it was beyond repair but they sent it back super quickly with a brand new chain and looking as good as the day I first received it. I am so thrilled to have it back and super impressed with their refurb service. Molly contacted me to clarify what length chain I’d like and was really helpful and friendly - so nice to deal with someone who is so well suited to customer service.

All in all a brilliant service - both in terms of the beautiful item and the later refurb service. Would 100% recommend!

I ordered a personalised necklace from Posh Totty Designs to commemorate a loved one who passed recently. When I ordered the necklace, the delivery date was the 24th January which is the same day as my loved one’s funeral. I contacted the lovey people at Posh Totty Designs and they were able to ensure I had the necklace in time to wear for the funeral, as was my wish. The necklace arrived yesterday and it is beautiful.
