I absolutley adore the personalised family necklace my husband got me once our first son was born in 2023. I wear it everyday. I had my second son in 2025 and wanted to add his name to the necklace. I got in touch with the customer service team and the quick, polite and personalised response from Emily was amazing! She went above my expectations by checking things for me with the jewellers and giving me clear information and options. Very impressed and will definitely use this company again!

I purchased a £70 signet ring from Posh Totty Designs, as a gift for my partner, expecting a high-quality piece that would last. Initially, the ring seemed fine, but after just a couple of weeks, it started to bend. No force or external pressure was applied to it—my partner works on a laptop, so it wasn’t exposed to any physical stress. For context, I wear rings to the gym while lifting, and they've held up perfectly fine for over two years, which makes the quality of this ring even more disappointing.

When I reached out to the company, their response was that the ring "wouldn't have been sent out in a bent condition" and that bending only happens from external force. While I understand their perspective, I made it clear that no force had been applied to the ring, and I had simply expected better durability for the £70 price I paid. They offered a 10% discount for repairs, but after such a short period of use and no obvious reason for the bending, I’m not willing to invest more money into fixing something that should’ve been more durable in the first place.

In the end, I’m left feeling that the product didn't meet the quality I was expecting for the cost. Very disappointing experience overall. Would not reccomend.

I contacted customer services about some necklaces my daughter had purchased. My daughter wanted the engraving blackened and one of the chains exchanged. Emily was so helpful and understanding of our circumstances and arranged for the exchange and process so very quickly.
In this day and age customer service can be hit and miss sadly to say😔 however, I only have praise for this company. Will definitely purchase again

I love this brand so much. I bought myself an initial necklace when my daughter was born and it’s so gorgeous. I also bought my best friend one when her daughter was born, such a lovely gift to give someone I feel. Packaging is lovely and customer service is amazing (big shout out to the wonderful Emily). We have bought several items from posh totty, including a personalised necklace and bracelet. Their customer service was fantastic when I wanted to add charms and have these cleaned and the products beautiful. I purchased a bracelet for my husband for his birthday with our son’s names on. My clumsy husband lost the charms and the customer services team were absoloutely incredible. Huge thanks to Jesie for going above and beyond in helping us to replace these and explore other solutions to keep future charms safe. Honestly the best customer service team I’ve contacted. I was bought some beautiful hoop earrings for Christmas which I found hard to put in. I emailed customer services and Emily and Eleanor helped me until I got the hang of it. Thank you so much - I love my hoops and will buy from you for myself and others!

ordered a mans bracelet with one link engraved. Was surprised to receive a longer than expected delivery date which would have been too late for the staff member who was leaving, emailed in and within 2 working days, they had sorted it and it arrived with plenty of time to spare. Thank you to Emily in customer service who made this happen for me. Bracelet looks amazing also :-)

Great company and excellent communication and after sales service.

We ordered a rose gold plated necklace last year but found the plating had started to wear off,even though we looked after it well. Jesie advised she would replate it for us as a one off as it held a lot of sentimental value,which we really appreciated.

I’m extremely disappointed with Posh Totty.
My partner bought me an engraved ring for my birthday (around £100). Within a week, the gold started to wear off.

We sent it back and I received it again in time for Christmas and within two days the exact same thing happened again.

I didn’t wear it in water, didn’t shower with it, didn’t do anything unusual. Meanwhile, I have £5 jewellery from Amazon that has lasted far longer than this.

For the price and for a personalised item, I expected much better quality. This was meant to be a sentimental gift and instead it’s just been frustrating and upsetting. I wouldn’t recommend based on durability alone.

I Ordered a gorgeous silver ionised chain with a personalised pendant for my husband at the end of October as a Christmas present. He absolutely loved it!! Their jewellery really is beautiful & comes beautifully presented too. Unfortunately the chain came apart a couple of weeks after. We was both gutted as it was something so personal & meaningful. I got in touch with posh totty & explained what had happened and they were absolutely brilliant!! They asked me to send a picture of said broken chain & then sent me out a replacement straight away. Their customer service really is second to none & the lady who helped with my enquiry was so lovely & helpful. I now have a very happy hubby wearing his gorgeous personalised chain again. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again & I would recommend posh totty to anyone & everyone. Brilliant little company who deserve all the success in the world.

The images are massively zoomed in, suggesting you are getting a bigger item than you do. I bought a customized Men's Personalised Leather Message Bracelet. In the images, it presents the inscription as clear and legible, in reality I had to place it under direct light and still struggled to read it, it's so small. Glad I didn't pay £25 for the extra charm, it's so tiny. The leather bracelet itself looks nice, though now having the item, I feel it is overpriced for what it is.

If there were reviews on the site itself this might have been suggested by other users. Their absence is suspect. And, of course, once you buy a personalized item, you can't return it.

My boyfriend purchased a necklace from this company about a year ago. It is such a pretty necklace and it’s so dainty.
Unfortunately the necklace did break, just through wear and tear as I wore it consistently no matter what.
When I reached out to the company to see if they could help they very kindly offered me a solution and offered to replace it!
Huge thanks to Jesie who sorted this out for me, customer service was excellent and she was super quick with getting it resolved! Couldn’t recommend them more!

I cannot recommend Posh Totty enough!!! The necklaces I ordered are absolutely stunning, my favourite necklaces ever! My petite initial ‘J’ necklace I wear everyday and the clasp came loose and the customer service I have received has been above and beyond!! I am so happy with this brand all around and would recommend it to anybody!! Eleanor in particular has been amazing! Thank you so much Eleanor :)

I lost my beautiful personalised silver necklace. As it was a gift, I wanted to replace it I contacted customer services to see if they could find the original order from 5 years ago in order that I could order the exact same necklace as a replacement.
