A very poor experience and one I would not wish on anyone else.
I would never use Portico again and would strongly advise anyone considering selling their property to think very carefully before instructing them.
After agreeing a purchase price, we proceeded in good faith and spent thousands of pounds on solicitors, searches, surveys and other associated costs. The transaction had been progressing for months, and throughout that time we were led to believe the sale was moving forward. We were ready to proceed and had done everything required from our side.
Despite all of this, the sale was ultimately pulled from under us after we had already incurred significant expenses. This caused unnecessary financial loss, wasted time and a great deal of frustration.
As a property professional who regularly buys property, this experience has left such a negative impression that I would not consider purchasing through Portico again. In fact, I would not even look at properties marketed by them in the future. The way this transaction was handled was extremely disappointing and has completely destroyed my confidence in the company.

Had a very positive experience with Tauqeer with helping to find me a property to rent. Very easily accessible and gets back to queries pretty quickly. Very professional approach.
