I needed some assistance with setting up my router and Mark was fantastic. Not only did he follow up on behalf of the company with my request for a 9am call so I could WFH without connectivity issues, but he diagnosed and solved my router issue quickly. All resolved in less than ten minutes. Not all heroes wear capes, thank you Mark - you made my day infinitely better! What a legend - give him a payrise.

Alfred called me and helped me to properly set up my router. We ran a diagnostic speed test together and he stayed on the line until I had tested some devices and now my connection is working! Thanks Alfred for finding the solution to my glitching WiFi! Great customer service, really helpful.

If I could leave no stars I would!! ,out of contract and no information to say so ,bills for a vulnerable lady of 92 went to over a hundred pounds a month and when we tried to leave it takes over a month , no calls within the promised time frame and no replies to my emails after the single email pop sent me asking questions and for confirmation of the cancellation.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !!
POOR SERVICE !!
NON EXISTENT COMMUNICATION!!
MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO LEAVE !!

went live today and contacted alfred at pop telecom to check about changeover and he provided data for router and all done within minutes ....could not be faulted excellent service.

I took out a 12-month fixed rate broadband deal with them, after checking with their agent that their product was appropriate for my flat. They sent the router by post, after the cooling off period had ended, and then the router did not work. They refused to cancel my contract even though the router they'd sent me was useless, on grounds that I was in the contract period - due to their deliberate slowness. I would advise everyone to avoid this company as they take your money and don't deliver the promised service.

Josie was excellent- I had a small issue on changeover day with my router and she went away and found the solution, promptly called me back and resolved everything. Very good customer service

Spoke to Alfred, really great service. I was struggling with setting up by myself for over an hour, I eventually rang and he sorted it out completely for me in under ten minutes and I didn’t even have to hold the line or anything. Very impressed, should have rung sooner!

Josie was very help helpful and patient with me. I am not very computer aware, and she spent at least 25 minutes walking me through how to reset my internet. She stayed very calm when i got flustered.

Just got set up with POP, we had a small issue setting it up but Alfred was super friendly and helpful and had the issue sorted in no time. Super happy we decided to go with POP, best prices I capsule find without locking into a 24 month contract too!

Received the router on time for my switch over but when I connected it I didn't have any internet.
I called customer service who asked for some photos but they didn't reply until the following day, when Alfred called me and talked me through an installation process from my laptop. This was very straightforward and easy to follow.
If this was required, it should be clearer on your initial instructions because I could have done it myself without losing 2 days of service.
I'm still rating it 4 stars because overall they were responsive, human based customer service which is always a plus, and the issue got sorted on a Saturday.

A bit of confusion to start as the old installation had an RJ45 distribution box but Josie correctly recognised the problem and set me straight.

Josie was extremely helpful, solving our loss of telephone and Wi-Fi very professionally and promptly, getting back when she said she would, and everything else you could hope for. She also responded when I asked her to be clear and realised I wasn't very confident with these technical matters.

Chris was very helpful and professional which really does make a change these days.
