Brogues are as described and pictured, exactly what I wanted. Communication was frequent and accurate; items arrived very quickly. Good service.

Ordered two items in early January when you might expect stores to be working through a backlog but both arrived within 3 days. Website is easy to use, the pricing is reasonable, no problems at all.

Web site was very easy to use, fast and efficient service.
Second to none after sales service.
Unfortunately I had to make a return, even this was delt with really smoothly and without fuss.

Excellent product, excellent service, excellent price!
