Really impressed! Purchased lights for half the price I would have on the website I had initially found them. The delivery was really quick and the items packaged nicely. Despite being ‘open box’, the lights are perfect!

Absolutely brilliant experience with The Factory Shop - Poole Lighting! Their products are great and I recommend everyone to buy with confidence. You won't be disappointed. Excellent friendly staff. Super efficient. Called me back when something was in stock (I had already ordered something very similar on a weekend day). Very helpful when DHL were playing silly buggers with my delivery. DEFINITELY use again!

Your staff were exceptionally helpfull when we bought the wrong light bulbs and exchanged them. You were quick to refund the money due even though it was our mistake. The modern ''stars" lightbulb looks wonderful with the metalic look lampshades.
