Excellent friendly staff. Super efficient. Called me back when something was in stock (I had already ordered something very similar on a weekend day). Very helpful when DHL were playing silly buggers with my delivery. DEFINITELY use again!

Stars.
Your staff were exceptionally helpfull when we bought the wrong light bulbs and exchanged them. You were quick to refund the money due even though it was our mistake. The modern ''stars" lightbulb looks wonderful with the metalic look lampshades.

Really happy with the ceiling lamp we purchased which was much cheaper than other online retailers. The glass light was sent promptly really well packaged, arriving safely.

Lovely lights and arrived very well packaged
I bought 2 wall lights from Poole Lighting. The lights have not been installed yet, so I cannot give a complete review. However, the customer service communication was very good, the lights arrived within the designated timeframe, and they were incredibly well packaged and all in tact when I examined them. I am pleased with the purchase and would not hesitate to purchase again from Poole Lighting.
