I paid for next day delivery and still haven’t received my order and no communication as to when I can expect delivery! No response from this company!

I ordered paving slabs from their…
I ordered paving slabs from their website showing 38mm thick. When they were delivered, they were less than 30mm thick.
In fairness they apologised- their web site was wrong. They duly collected the slabs from me and I await the credit note. Generally though they are a good company to deal with and I will use again in the future.

Good afternoon,
Sorry to hear if any issues you may have had. The website description is taken directly from the manufacturer, Castacrete, who detail the slabs as 38mm. The stock they have sent us in error is another range they make which are 30mm thick in the same colours and finishes.
It was a picking error from their yard which was not noticed upon their delivered and put in the stock location they should be and then incorrectly re-picked for sending out.
We have since notified the manufacturer and they are changing them over for us and in the mean time temporary changed the description to match the stock until that changeover occurs.
I can see you previously left us a 5 star review on other orders so I hope you have seen our service and products are usually the high standards you expect.

Excellent company, staff, prices and availability
This is a great company that's helped me no end on my extension project, they've free next day delivery have loads in stock, very competitive pricing and most importantly brilliant staff which I cannot rave highly about enough

If I could give this company 0 stars I would please DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!
I made 2 orders with this company, my first order came damaged which I was not happy about so I asked them to take those materials and give me new materials! During this time I placed another order for the next day so that they could deliver me other materials I needed as my day was wasted, but when these were delivered with a grab lorry the delivery driver was crushing my materials which was damaging them again!! I asked him what he thought he was doing with my materials but he was so rude and couldn’t except what he was doing, after this the driver decided to drive off with the materials that I paid for, I then called the companies Head Office in which I demanded to speak to the director of the company Adam Paige who was nothing but rude and disrespectful on the phone, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever!! He does not care about the customers who shop with his company!! I am a director of my own company and I could not imagine speaking to one of my customers like this!! This company was also holding my money and the materials that I ordered after the drive drove off with them, they wanted to issue me a refund but what they didn’t realise was the time that they wasted, as somebody who workings in the building trade time is valuable you want to get the work done and leave the job, due to this I then had to shop around for other materials which delayed me even longer!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

As mentioned over the phone - if any items are ever damaged or faulty we are more than happy to change these over for you.
No one was rude to you but we consistently advised you we can change any goods over you are not happy with.
The abuse of a driver on your site is not acceptable. These people deliver materials all day every day and you shouting in their face telling them they are not doing their job correctly is not constructive or professional.
We wouldn't have a company 14 years later if drivers damaged materials on purpose every day.
We were not "holding your money" but after several lengthy phone calls we offered a full refund to you which you were still seemingly not happy with. You put us in a position that no matter what was offered you refused so we had no way to resolve this in a way you would accept.
