Always deliver on time excellent quality & very reasonably priced had a delivery yesterday the driver has been here a few times very helpful every time he has been here would highly recommend this company, & it goes without saying that I will most definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a load of post and rail fencing and postcreate. Only the posts and the postcrete turned up when due on a Friday. Four times I called them, and each time, they promised to call me back but didn't. On Monday, my builder made a start with the posts while I called and emailed them again. Eventually, the builder could not go any further, so he went to another job. Amazingly, someone from Nationwide called me and said that they were out of stock, and the boss was ringing around to get more. They assured me they would call me with an update. A week later, there was no call, and I had to buy the rails from elsewhere. These guys are muppets!

Excellent again. Cheap. Next day delivery. No hassle. Did miss an item but they couriered it to me next working day, no drama. Good customer services answered calls about delivery times etc. Will definitely use again

Terrible Customer service and unprofessional
Ordered close board fence panels, one the panels were damaged. A replacement was agreed for one panel, let down and messed around for 2 weeks to resolve a straight swap. When the replacement was provided it was damaged. I complained several times to various members of staff, Paul , Adam Paige,Adam Brown (director) totally unreliable! No courtesy callback, I as the customer chasing them for a resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Very unprofessional way of running a family business. It has cost me time and money with the contractor! Such an unprofessional company.I would not recommend this company to my contractor or anyone looking to buy goods, customers should think twice before ordering or buying goods from this company.

Hi Kash Farouk, we are sorry to hear of any issues you have had.
You were unhappy with one of the panels due to a manufacturing defect, and we changed this over for another. The delivery images of the replacement we have looked fine but we did ask for pictures of any further issues with your replacement panel which we have not yet received. We also suggested changing this one for ease, but you refused this and just kept asking for money in return for not leaving a negative review.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to buy reviews as such and emphasised that manufacturing defects can be easily replaced.
In terms of timescales, due to the three recent named storms, fence panels were in high demand and over sold which took a little extra time to get replenished as the manufacturer tried to catch up. The time elapsed for the swap over was 7 working days.
As your contractor correctly mentioned to you, once you have received the products and are happy with them, you should book them in for work. This is the usual process we recommend in case of any issues like manufacturing defect you are not happy with.
Told it was out of stock on the day it was meant to be delivered
Ordered fences. They gave a delivery date. Called twice to make sure it was on track for delivery. On the day of delivery I called them to ask where my fences are, and they tell me it’s actually put of stock (despite it clearly saying that it was in stock when I ordered).
They did apologise and provide an immediate refund however it caused me so many issues because I had builders waiting to use the fence panels.
Could have been avoided if they just took notice when I called twice in the days before the delivery was due.
Two stars because they admitted fault and were quick to refund and explain that it wouldnt happen again.

Hi there,
Apologies for any issues with your order. The products you ordered are supplied directly from Forest Garden (who manufacture them). Due to the recent bad storms, they ran out of stock and were about 7-10 days behind on production.
We understand you did not want to wait so offered a refund in full which was sent.
We did also apologise for the lack of communication from Forest Garden to ourselves, who were up against it due to the in flux of orders from the storms and did not notify us in the ideal timescales.

Wooden boards for base flooring
Order arrived as expected and although there was an initial hiccup with date of delivery, it was put right as soon as I spoke to Nationwide Supplies.
