I paid for next day delivery and still haven’t received my order and no communication as to when I can expect delivery! No response from this company!

had a issue with a delivery and right materials turned up early afternoon meaning ha to send staff away from site at a cost to me and the delivery charge is high otherwise very good company

Sorry to hear of any issues you had with your order. The product you ordered comes straight from the manufacturer factory and they have had issues since their courier, Tufnells went bust.
As per your phone conversations with our team, the option to cancel for a full refund was offered but you chose to keep the order on and have your delivery charges refunded which we have done for you already.
The factory have since partnered with a new courier so these temporary issues have now been resolved.
Don’t get caught like me
Don’t get caught like me. The scam played by this company was to post an advert (still live) for a known brand quality product and then send out a completely different cheap foreign product with dubious third party accreditation. You can eventually get a refund but they keep the substantial delivery charge.

Damaged cavity slabs
Received a mixed delivery of building materials which included 3 packs of cavity slab insulation,all 3 packs were damaged on the ends and sides and had been retaped up, contacted them and was promissed partial refund but still waiting.
Having said that I could not fault them on my 3 previous deliveries.

Do not trust them when they say they have things in stock
I checked to see if they had BT ducting in stock. They confirmed that they had 9 in stock. I did a round trip of 50 miles only to discovered they could not find them
