Bought two Planika fireplaces which I…
Bought two Planika fireplaces which I am happy with and then bought bio fuel from Planika to operate them. Ordered in January and received it in June! I had no notification as to why until I contacted them after two months. I was told it had been sent on two occasions but did not receive it. Finally received after 6 months. If you sell fireplaces it is a good idea to be able to supply the fuel to operate it!

Dear Mark, thank you for your review. During the last couple of months we have been emailing clients regularly with updates regarding delays to their fuel orders. We also advised you via email that as you didn’t buy the fires directly from us you were not advised at the time of purchase that you are not obliged to use our fuel. You can use any bio ethanol fuel with no more then 97% ethanol content. Your order was delivered this past Wednesday the 18th of May and not June as you state in your review and was placed on the 22nd of January. So it did take us four months to fulfil but you were informed of all the Brexit and logistics challenges we faced. We are currently delivering our fuel ourselves using our own driver. He is doing his best to drive up and down the country and deliver to everyone. Many of our clients who have been waiting as long as you have been even offering him tea and biscuits. So we don’t feel your review is a true testament to our excellent customer service which is being tainted by fuel supply issues which are out of our control.

Quality product, and excellent service by the sales team. We had several questions before purchasing the product, and all were answered quickly and efficiently - highly recommended

Went on Planika online chat to order a frame for my fire. Spoke to someone very quickly and the service was excellent, answered all my queries efficiently and gave my all the information I needed.
There was a slight delay on the delivery but once I informed them - it was all dealt with very efficiently and quickly.
Excellent customer service throughout the whole process - extremely impressed.

Excellent service when responding to queries
Excellent service when responding to queries, but automated communication could be improved as I was left 'in the dark' on several occasions and had to chase. The product is excellent, just a couple of minor issues like I would have expected more substantial feet for the fire box, to ensure stability. Good experience overall.

Couldn’t wish for a better company to deal with, absolutely thrilled with my FLA3+ fire. Genuinely helpful, patient and friendly people to deal with, no question too trivial ( and I had ALOT of questions ) Delivery arrived as expected and kept informed of any potential delays along the way. All queries and emails responded to promptly, one of the most efficient companies I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. The fire is of the highest quality and really does have the wow factor. Cannot speak more highly of this company, very highly recommended indeed.

I bought the TV Box, the Chantico and the Faro
I bought the TV Box, the Chantico table top and the Faro outdoor heater. Brilliant eco-friendly products producing zero emissions so my neighbours don't have to experience smelly smoke and inside we don't need a chimney to experience an authentic fire - a win win! Customer service excellent too, even after Brexit. Highly recommended

Dear Mr Singh, thank you for your review. Please note that at the time of your order there was a bold message on the product page advising customers of the current delays in fuel orders.
We can see on our system you didn't buy your fire from us but from a 3rd party. You are always welcome to contact them to see if they have additional fuel in stock if we are out.
Secondly, as you are well aware you are not obliged to use our fuel. You can try and use any other brand of bioethanol fuel provided it is not more than 97% content of ethanol. Our fuel burns the cleanest and lasts the longest as can be seen in our many five-star fuel reviews but by buying a Planika fire we are not forcing any client to use our fuel.
Unfortunately, when it comes to fuel supplies we have no control over the shortage of drivers, delays at the UK border, and now as of 1st of January new customs procedures imposed due to Brexit. This has all been coupled with a period of unprecedented demand.
That being said we always keep our customers informed and have 100s of happy clients so we feel your 1-star review is not an honest indication of our level of service and commitment to our customers.

Very satisfied.
Planika Chantico Glassfire Bundle. High quality item with a good level of heat output for the size. Similar fires are available much cheaper elsewhere but have less safety features and output much less heat. Nice to get a discount voucher for the next purchase which we will use on more fuel.

Fuel order was delayed due to pandemic…
Fuel order was delayed due to pandemic which I can appreciate but the orders made in October were delayed already before I ordered in November, this should really be highlighted when making the order. Then when asked for updates on the order the first response were informative but then became vague with one liners, not the same standard when we bought a fire off them earlier in the year when the customer service was excellent. A disappointing experience on this occasion sadly.
