Item received and quality good. Just a shame that postage expectation's were not managed better. From point of payment the item took 5 weeks to arrive, which is a little slow.

We purchased a beautiful Articon biofuel stove in early 2023 and it arrived yesterday. This thing is gorgeous in the flesh, an elegant clean design and very well made. It's quite something to see the gentle flames coming to life via a remote control and the warmth it generates is impressive. Be patient when you order, these are clearly in demand but the Planika UK Team are very good; they will definitely take care of you.

Love the patio heater, looks great too.
Delivery was a bit slow

We are the happy new owners of a Planika Scandi bioethanol stove. There was quite a long wait for delivery (from 6-8 weeks to around 16 weeks all in) and we had hoped to have it before Christmas but this wasn't possible for various reasons of capacity and waits for parts. However, all the way through, the lovely Gal at Planika kept us fully informed of the situation, so it was never an issue, and he went out of his way to soften the blow of disappointment.
The stove arrived last week and it is just wonderful; we love its simple, elegant design, and the real flame of fire. It's very quiet in operation - there is a noticeable chemical smell from the fuel, but we understand that this is not the fuel which Planika ordinarily supply. There has been another slight delay in receiving the fuel for our Scandi but Gal very kindly ordered an express delivery of another suitable fuel to tide us over until their supply arrives, scheduled for this week.
Just one tiny thing to mention which we didn't realise - the delivery of the stove is 'kerbside' only so you will need to be ready to unpack it from the delivery pallet and bring into your home yourself. It's a two-person job without a doubt. Otherwise, we highly recommend Planika and particular commendation to Gal all the help and updates throughout. Thank you!

Great quality product and quick service thank you

My friend recommended this product. The only problem I had with the product was the time it took to deliver. I appreciate I bought a package which was on offer, so demand may have been high. I had to ask about delivery as opposed to being updated as it took weeks as opposed days.
The product itself is visually very effective but not a heat source. You cannot beat their price so if demand is high you may have to wait a while for delivery.

I PURCHASED ADDITIONAL PREMIUM BIOETHANOL FUEL 20 LITRES (4X 5 LITRE CANISTERS) FOR MY 'SIMPLE' AND FLA3 AUTOMATIC FIRE.

PLANIKA HAVE GOT THERE ACT TOGETHER PRODUCING A QUALITY FUEL LOCALLY IN WALES RATHER THAN IMPORTING IT FROM POLAND. THE SPEED OF SERVICE IS NOW VERY QUICK, AND MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE (FIRE) IS STILL AS GREAT AS THE DAY PURCHASED OVER A YEAR AGO. WELL DONE FROM ME!

Waiting times too long, slow to respond to any request and still waiting for a refund although been 2 weeks since I requested my item be cancelled as they couldn't give me a delivery date even though I ordered over 3 months ago.

Planika has the best Customer Support team I have ever come across - they respond to online chat and emails straight away, even at weekends or evenings!
My Skandi stove delivery was delayed in Poland (understandably considering the political situation so close to their borders) but I was kept informed, every effort was made to deliver at a convenient time for me, the stove was packed magnificently and delivered right into my hall. Apart from changing to a three pin plug on the ignition cable, set up was simple, quick, straightforward and effective and the stove was up and running very rapidly. It is so simple to operate, looks really neat and attractive and would fit in with just about any style of home. The heat starts to flow as soon as the flame is lit and I have for the moment been able to off my central heating in the evenings as the heat soon spreads through my house.

I also have a little Chantico table top stove, which is pretty and effective. It makes a lovely centrepiece and will be used as part of our Christmas celebrations.

I am absolutely delighted with both of my stoves and it has been a pleasure to deal with such a generous, helpful, kindly and effective company - I could not recommend Planika more highly.

I was given a bioethanol burner for my birthday and loved the look of it; however, there were a couple of issues - burn time and fill time. Spoke to Planika and they were so helpful - they determined that my burner was faulty and they sent out a new one immediately which solved my issue. I am so pleased and would definitely order from them again. 10/10

Very good product with a quick delivery

We have had excellent service from the Planika team. Their communication and customer service has been fantastic. We had a problem with our fire and this could not be solved remotely so the team arranged for it to be collected, they corrected the problem and returned the fire to us.
It now works perfectly.
I can not recommend Planika highly enough.
