As first time buyers, this was a daunting task. Everyone we talked to was a let down, when we started our journey almost 3 years ago. This was just a job for them, just numbers on paper. Then we found Seth! Our first conversation felt like breathing fresh air after being locked in a basement of worry. Seth has been amazing throughout our entire process! Any bumps or setbacks that arose was from an outside source (ie- the seller, even ourselves) and Seth remained calm, positive, professional and always put us at ease. We're beyond excited for our new home, but still a little sad because it feels like we're losing a friendship with Mr. Erickson. He was truly a God send, we've felt it since day one. One of the unexpected Angels here on earth to help keep life happy. I cannot say enough good about Seth Erickson and will forever be grateful for his hard work, his patience and his uncanny abilities to make stress feel like sparkles. I'm already recommending him to others; and will continue to do so, for I know that anyone who works with him will be taken under his wing and blessed beyond belief. Thank you Seth. Very seamless experience buying with Planet Home Lending. David Anger was easy to reach with any questions and we were able to close early because things moved so smoothly.

This company purchased my mortgage account as soon as I closed on my new home. They shorted the property taxes the first year and my payment went up. They shorted the escrow again the next year and the next. This resulted in another payment increase, this time a significant increase. More than a 10 percent increase.

The biggest problem is that they've offshored their customer service. If I'm extremely lucky I can understand the rep over the phone. Good luck of you need to talk with the tax department, not only can they not speak English well, they know nothing about taxes.

When I asked questions, Brie, Missy, and Makenzie, would respond quickly and do their best to answer my questions. If they didn’t know the answers, they’d tell me that, but would do the necessary work to find out and let me know. My only complaint is being asked for information, providing the information, but continuously (and repeatedly) being asked to provide the same information, over and over. The emails weren’t being read, until I pointed out I’d already pointed out that I provided it multiple times already. After that, there were no problems.
