So convenient
So convenient! Called to be picked up and shuttle was at the pick up door. Got to PIT Stop and car was running and heated and waiting for me. So nice on a cold or snowy evening!

Got to tell you
Got to tell you, every time i use PIT STOP now, i seem to wait longer at the airport. I know it's somewhat random, if a bus just left etc, but compared to your service level when you first opened, it's a lot slower. I notice almost every other parking van is there before I see a PIT Stop van, and i've been watching for a while now.

Easy
Easy. This is a great place to park. It's BEFORE the airport. The vans are clean and run very regularly. They have it down to a great system. I have been parking here for years.

This was our first time using Pit Stop…
This was our first time using Pit Stop to travel, and it was great! They took our car, had a van waiting to take us to the airport and dropped us right at our airline check in. When we returned home, there was a van waiting to take us back to our car, they unloaded our bags from their van and had our car waiting and warmed up. Easy, easy, easy!! Will definitely use all the time now!

Dispatcher was not truthful as to where their driver was. I waited 25 minutes when told the driver was there.
Pit Stop now services hotels and other locations that delay my trip even more. I will not use your service in the future.
