After waiting 30 minutes to get picked…

After waiting 30 minutes to get picked up, I get to my car and its running but nothing on (no heat) which I thought was weird. Once I got home and parked I realized why. My battery was dead but it's not even a year old. It had to charge for over 13 hours to get back to 100%. Accidents happen but no one said a word and there's no way my car started for them if it wasn't charged enough to start after driving at highway speeds for 25 minutes.

What a great place

What a great place. Pull in they take your bags. Take you to the airport drop you off. Pick you up and take you to a nice warm vehicle.highly recommend!!!

Excellent service

Excellent service, it is great to be able to get dropped off and picked up at the gate! Will definitely park with PIT Stop any time I fly out of Pittsburgh.

service was fast and efficient. first time I used the pit stop. I will definitely keep using them since it is cheaper and more convenient
than parking at the airport..

I did not know how to get my car when I returned, I texted and no response, I went to my receipt and hit “retrieve car” and got no text or email, I was not given instructions to go to what door for pick up, maybe give an instruction sheet to first time users
