Everyone is so nice from the parking attendant to the drivers!

Travel to and from airport was excellent! A bit more costly, but other wise everything was great.

Our departure was great.

Return no so great waited close to 20 minutes for the shuttle. Never had to wait that long to be picked up.

Very reliable and friendly attendants throughout the experiences leaving and arriving back home.

I know your location is further from airport than many other co’s, but I had to wait over 20 min last time for pick up. That is unheard of. It was at 7 pm at night too - at a busy time. Need to get more drivers to ever make me a loyal patron, I only come when there is pouring down rain or big snow threat and I don’t want to be sopping wet at start of my trip to cleaning off snow after arriving back.

Our flight arrived at 11:40pm. We got our bags at midnight and I proceeded to use the Pitstop app to retrieve my car. We waited until 12:40am for a shuttle to arrive. This is completely unacceptable! We witnessed three shuttles from the Parking Spot, two from Globe, and two from Charlie Brown. Your pick up service seems to be the slowest of all the off airport parking places. I am not sure if the extra stops at hotels has caused your service to decline but I think you need to add more shuttles, drivers or both. I'm afraid this is the last time we will use your business.

As usual, the entire process of parking-taking us to the airport-picking us up after our return was great. The “intake” folks who checked us in along with the bus drivers were professional and courteous. Would highly recommend you guys to all our friends.

Drop off was easy and extremely efficient. Pickup process was a little clunky needing to notify on the app then call to report a door to be picked up at.

My car was not ready the last two times I arrived .. I called and gave my claim check number from the Airport

A vehicle was ready to take me to the airport immediately upon my arrival and I only waited about 7 minutes to be picked up on my return. Driver (Larry) was courteous and friendly. I haven’t used any other airport parking lot since my first time about 5 years ago. Oh, and my car is always waiting for me when I arrive from the airport. Very good service.

Very easy process. Especially good for a late night arrival.
