40 minutes until pick up
It was a later flight, landed at 10:20 and called as instructed after I got my bag. 40 minutes later and after every other service passed twice the driver showed up saying someone called off and he was alone. Call in another driver! 3 guys back at the office.
Very disappointed and terrible customer service.

Always the most pleasant people and…
Always the most pleasant people and reasonable rates. However this is the first time coming home (1:00 a.m) that my heater wasn't on and
the car warmed up. It was a cold night. AND my window was open !
After a 7 hr. flight I needed warmth.
Just a mishap...wouldn't make me change providers.

Simple Airport Parking
I always park here when using Pittsburgh International Airport. The staff are always friendly and efficient when getting you to and from the airport. They take your luggage from the car to the shuttle, drop you off at the airline door, unload your luggage, and you can be on your way. The pick-up from the airport process is simple and convenient as well.

My only thought for this review would…
My only thought for this review would be when I made the reservation and you put an approximate time of when you are coming home it would be nice if they had a van waiting close to the airport we waited 20 minutes for the van to come I believe they start your car once you call which is great because you get a heated car but when you have to wait 20 minutes to get picked up and then 15 minutes to come back and it was after midnight I was tired and I anticipated having the van be stationed close to the airport but it appeared that once I called they left the parking lot to pick me up my car was running and I hope they do not let the car sit and run from the minute they leave the parking lot until I get back in my car with gas prices it’s nice to have a heated car but not to have it sit idle for that long otherwise I was pleased
