Great Operation
We just got in from overseas for two months and due to the COVID-19 issues they were actually closed. BUT - they were still collecting customers from the airport and picked me up quickly and had my car ready! Terrific group! Will use them again next year!

Cheaper, faster, better!
Took us instantly to the airport, dropped us at our gate, picked us up within 3 minutes of return, and much cheaper rates than even extended term parking at the airport

Overall a great experience, but...
Overall a great experience. My only issue is with the van drivers who insist on carrying luggage and not wearing gloves or other protective measures (due to the Coronavirus). I did not want him to handle my bags, but he insisted and took them anyway.

Fantastic service! Highly recommend!
We highly recommend the Pit Stop! They got us to the airport quickly and safely dropping us off right in front of the door to our airline as well as providing us assistance with our luggage. It was the same when we returned from our trip. The Pit Stop is the best!!!!

Convenient location on the “correct” side of the airport for East suburb customers. No backtracking before or after flights.
