​I cannot recommend Pet Protect highly enough. After being with them for a significant period and needing to make multiple claims for my pet, my experience has been absolutely flawless.
​The claims process has been seamless every single time. I've had no issues whatsoever with the paperwork or speed of reimbursement. It's a huge relief to know that when my pet needs care, I can focus on their health without worrying about fighting with my insurer over payment.
​Beyond the efficiency, their customer service team is truly outstanding. Every time I have called them with a question or a concern, the staff have been incredibly lovely, kind, and genuinely helpful. They are a professional and compassionate team, and they truly live up to the "protect" in their name.
​If you are looking for pet insurance where the claims are quick and the people are kind, look no further. Highly recommended!

I disliked that on top of me paying monthly for insurance to use occasionally & paying my excess. I then had to pay a further £146 vet contribution.

PetProtect were helpful and supportive on the phone, and settled the claim within a week once it was submitted. If you think that the market leader is the only option, then don't. PetProtect don't direct settle with your vet, but if you pay by credit card then you won't be out of pocket. Also they offer great ways to keep the premiums down - in my case I pay 20% of the claim plus a £100 excess, which lowers my annual outlay, but still means I don't have to worry that I will have trouble paying a £5000 vet bill.

Unfortunately I’ve had to make numerous claims for different things & Pet Protect are always very quick to pay & answer any questions I’ve had

My dog has been insured with Pet Protect for 11.5 years, they have paid out every claim I’ve submitted, including some BIG ones!! I would 100% recommend Pet Protect.

Pet protect have been fantastic in response to my many claims unfortunately we have had a poorly dog over the past 3 years so have had to claim multiple times for treatment and medications pet plan have responded immediately to any queries I have made

Surgery filed the claim directly and we were notified that it was approved within a couple of days. Payment followed shortly afterwards.

Wow. We have been with Pet Protect for the last 3 to 4 years insuring our Maine Coon Molly.

The premiums were reasonable and their cover for when we needed it was excellent. However our premiums doubled last year ..but we took the hit. I was shocked to find out that the recent renewal has doubled again! From £14 per month in the first year to over £60 per month in three years is a joke. What happened to one of the best?
British Insurance is just broken like everything else and they just don't care.
So disappointed.

Sent payment reminders after I notified this company we had our dog put to sleep…not impressed and very insensitively dealt with - was intending to use again for my next pup but not so sure now
