A Truly Dedicated Company
I really love that I can keep track of Amira wherever she and I go. It’s a blessing to be able to keep an eye on her when she goes outside to play. Unfortunately, during one of our trips, I lost the charger and probably left it at a hotel. I was easily able to reach out and find a replacement. Service was great.

It was fast and easy. this is the second time I have ordered this type of collars. I love the flat tag that is slid on to the collar no hanging tags prevents accidents.

Buyer beware
I was told by my vet there was no fee beyond the cost of the microchip for registering my dog, but the AI loop that masqueraded as "help" made finding that impossible.
Update: despite the appearance that PetLink has reached out to help, in fact without paying the fees, there is no way to register. Go with a different company.
