Satisfying experience
This was my first experience with support and everything worked out well. I called because of a defective gps tracker and the support representative I spoke with helped me tremendously by helping me to get a new one. The company really seems to stand by their products. I received a new one in about a week. That made me happy and satisfied. Keep up the great work.

I ordered 2 tags- waste of money
I ordered 2 tags. First, they are 3x-4x more money than just getting them on Amazon. It’s the same cheap metal or silicon tags - these are nothing special. My silicon tag didn’t even last 1 week before it broke off my dog. Customer service over 30% off to buy another and wouldn’t replace it. Great, now it would only cost double for the same tag! Registering your chip ID is one thing - I have no complaints abaout that service of theirs but don’t waste your money and frustration buying their cheap merchandise when you can get it faster and cheaper for the same quality elsewhere!

Long processing time…
Although when ordering alert tags for the leash, it's says to allow 3 weeks that seems like a long time for such a valuable resource. Additionally, I placed the order on Sep 8th but wasn't acknowledged on the website until September 19th, which obviously the 3 week clock is further delayed. With advanced technology, I would think engraving tags wouldn't take 3 weeks to be made.

Disappointing and expensive.
It is very disappointing that I can't register my cat for free, and am forced to pay for an upgrade. I didn't have to do that for my other cat. It is also annoying that i had to pay 24.99 for a tag and collar for my cat. The previous plastic tags were free.
.I would not recommend Petlink.
