Information on the services provided by Pet Link was clear, thorough and seemingly complete. It seems like a great service. I ordered a name tag for my puppy that contains all the pertinent information needed should he ever get lost.

Microchip is a subscription - do not use this company!
This company is a scam - they use a subscription model for your pet's microchip to work to its full capacity. I highly recommend that, when you're having your pet microchipped, you ask your vet which company it will be registered with. Avoid this company - they're greedy for trying to hold your pet's safety hostage behind a paywall.

Delitfull experience
Easy to follow instructions when updating information and adding a new pet. Also young lady I spoke to on the phone was easy to understand and very helpfull.

Have chips on two dogs
Have chips on two dogs. The security of knowing that if something happens there is a way to reconnect with them is a feeling of security. It comes with a plastic tag which our puppy ate almost immediately so I wanted something stronger and the tags they offered with the microchip number are beautiful. They came in a short time and are puppy strong!

Their website is very user friendly
Their website is very user friendly. I had to pay a one time only fee instead of a yearly fee like other pet finder websites. I easily added another pet to my profile and uploaded their picture. Also purchased an ID tag that was reasonably priced. I would highlighly recommend them to anyone.

Service in ordering and products would have been great, but you need excellent cell service where ever you take your dog. Could find him in many places including my home

Good product but…….
1. The battery doesnt last very long
2. It takes quite a while to perform “live tracking” …. Other than that it is a good reliable product.
