I have two PetLink devices. One for each of my French Bulldogs. A couple of months ago I began getting false notifications indicating that one of the dogs had escaped the yard when that simply was not the case. My dogs were in the house with me when the notification(s) were sent. This occurred with both of the trackers we have. This was not an isolated occurrence. It occurs pretty much daily and usually occurs multiple times per day.

I contacted PetLink and made them aware of the problem. They seemed concerned and willing to try to identify the problem. To date, they have yet to come up with a solution. I had suggested that I return my two devices and they could send me replacements. I never got a response to my suggestion. After going back and forth with the PetLink staff I made no progress toward solving my problem. They just kept telling me that they would run my problems by the 'tech people'. These tech people never were able to identify a fix for my problem. As it stands today, I have two PetLink devices that, because of the false notifications, are pretty much useless to me. Not only did I pay to purchase these things, but I also had to subscribe to the GPS app. All in, I spent $400 to be able to track my dogs should they escape my yard. When you receive multiple false notices on a daily basis, you begin to question the validity of all the notices. If I can't trust a GPS Tracker to send alerts only when my dog is really on the loose, then I have no use for the tracking device or the GPS app. I want my $400, or a reasonable portion thereof, returned!

Simple, fast and easy to update your pets information as they grown and contact information(incase you move).

It was great. First off, we didn't even know our cat was missing and they made the process peaceful and easy for us to reunited with our cat Leo. And the cat was well taken care of while it was staying at the shelter. Thank you. I really appreciate the service

Nice options for colors and shapes to personalize for all my dogs! I like having the microchip information on my dog’s collar. I would like to have my phone number on the tag, but I have a secondary one for that purpose on an AirTag holder.

A little like Keystone Cops. Emails weren't terribly helpful and the phone customer service worse. Why do you have "support" when they tell you they don't handle that part of the microchip information. It took 2 weeks to do what should have taken 2-3 days.

I love the silicone tag! However, if your dog is still in the chewing stage, I suggest you wait to purchase this one. My older pup lover hers, my rat terrier chewed hers up on day 1.

I just signed up for this service and purchased an ID tag for my dog's collar. I am hoping this service does not go out of business like my previous one did.

My dog Rosie likes to chew on things. She has destroyed the disk which was plastic. The metal disks are fabulous! The choices of color and the different types of disks make the it fun to choose. I recommend the metal ID discs. And they are so cute!

Easy and affordable

I purchased the PetLink GPS collar because they advertised peace of mind knowing I could locate my dog if she ever got out. Unfortunately, the very first night we activated it, the collar sent multiple escape alerts throughout the night when my dog was actually safely at home. One alert showed her several miles away, and another showed her nearly 20 miles away.

I contacted PetLink immediately, but it took weeks of back-and-forth emails to get anywhere. Their tech team suggested the issue might be related to Wi-Fi, even though we have brandnew Wi-Fi located right next to the dogs.

The collar has essentially been sitting unused since the first night because I don't trust it to accurately tell me where my dog is. I repeatedly asked for a return label and a refund. Eventually, PetLink refunded the subscription and canceled the account, but refused to refund the device because it was outside their 30-day return window.

The most frustrating part was how long it took to get a response and how much effort was required on my end to simply get help with a product that didn't work correctly from the start. I purchased this specifically for my dog's safety, so inaccurate escape alerts are not a minor inconvenience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on this product for something as important as knowing where your dog is. It was a waste of both my time and money.

I first called Petlink they were extremely helpful and helped me with the entire process. I did have to go on the website to place my order, but because they explained everything in the phone conversation placing my order was a breeze!! Thank you Petlink!!

Quick and efficient , excellent service

The website is easy to use. If you need customer support, the representative that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and kind.

She was very helpfully with helping me decide which was the best selection for my price range and was very understanding why I wanted to replace the plastic one that my dog ate . Just in case she happen to get lost.

Easy to navigate your site

Information on the services provided by Pet Link was clear, thorough and seemingly complete. It seems like a great service. I ordered a name tag for my puppy that contains all the pertinent information needed should he ever get lost.
