I had a great experience at Penton MG. Wilfie was my sales executive and he was so helpful and welcoming. He was always very friendly and polite and was always able to answer any questions I had. When I needed to call and ask some questions about the car he got back to me really quickly! During the sales process he made sure to check in with me to give me an update on the arrival of my car and to see if I needed anything. Overall, I'd definitely recommend anyone to use Penton MG and to use Wilfie as their sales executive.

We bought a second hand car from Penton-MG in Salisbury and the process was very straight forward, without any hidden twists or turns. Specifically, we were informed of additional services without being pressured or made to feel rushed to make our decision. The team there was very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions and provide regular updates via phone and email during the week that the car was being prepared. **AVOID AT ALL COSTS** **Christchurch Penton** Absolutely appalling customer service. I was told by a VERY unfriendly Mr Gavin Stockly that the account where the bills are sent to doesn't exist. Low an behold they then found it after telling me I MUST pay either by card or cash. No apologies, he just walked off. This isn't the first time where the staff there treat you like something they have just stepped in. I will NEVER buy from there again, and I will be telling everyone about their absolutely shocking SO CALLED customer service

Matt at Pentons was excellent, both in the information provided on my (first) new EV, a Citroen eC3, but he also went to extra trouble to fix a delivery date to tie in with the new registration year. In a busy showroom it's often difficult for the salesperson to appear as if time wasn't a problem. I certainly felt unhurried during the process.

When I stepped into Penton Salisbury, I received a warm welcome, on an very cold weather. Mr. Matt Notley was very helpful for us in picking the right car Vauxhall Crossland. He was a very nice gentleman and very patient with us in spite of us kept changing our plan thrice. Couple times with quotes and once with part exchange. Looking for something to replace a Berlingo and DS3 (both previously purchased from Penton Christchurch) and bought a Ford Ecosport there via Scott Player. Excellent service, friendly but professional. A very positive experience.

Dillon the sales person who arranged our test drive and then went on to sell us our car was really efficient and easy to talk to. Dillon covered everything required and was able to answer our questions, the whole process was very enjoyable.

Oakley Sharpe was honestly fantastic from start to finish. He was always happy to answer any of my questions, would get back to me so quickly if he needed to find out information I was requesting, he kept me up to date all the way through and was a pleasure to work with! The wrong car mats were ordered, which honestly isn’t a big issue at all, but he has sorted the issue quickly and even offered to delivery them to us himself, great customer service! I would request Oakley in future and recommend my friends and family to contact him if they wanted to purchase a new or used car. We love our car and are very thankful to Oakley for making it all so easy!
