Oakley Sharpe was honestly fantastic from start to finish. He was always happy to answer any of my questions, would get back to me so quickly if he needed to find out information I was requesting, he kept me up to date all the way through and was a pleasure to work with! The wrong car mats were ordered, which honestly isn’t a big issue at all, but he has sorted the issue quickly and even offered to delivery them to us himself, great customer service! I would request Oakley in future and recommend my friends and family to contact him if they wanted to purchase a new or used car. We love our car and are very thankful to Oakley for making it all so easy!

The vehicle was excellent and very well presented and I went ahead with the purchase which Scott took me through very thoroughly. Very happy with my new vehicle!

I was recently in the market to replace my 14 plate Mokka and found a suitable replacement (19 plate) online through Penton in Salisbury. My first contact was with Matt Notley who from thereon guided me through the process of making an online purchase. He went to the trouble of making videos of the exterior and interior of the car to assist me in making the choice. He then delivered the car to me in Warminster at no cost. The first I saw of my choice was the day it was delivered. In all a very pleasant experience, especially a big thank you to Matt for his professionalism.

We have recently bought our Citroen C3 Aircross from Penton Salisbury, and are delighted with it. They have the best choice of cars we have seen with a range of prices to fit our budget. Matt Notley was our salesman; we were in good hands and immediately trusted him to make our decision and purchase. There was no pressure, he listened, explained all the options about add ons and didn't make us feel guilty if we didn't want to purchase any of them. He came with us on the test drive ande explained in simple terms the controls. He has an extremely good manner, polite and knowledgeable. Matt & Penton will be our first port of call in future years, even though we live 35 miles away.

Fantastic customer service from Wifie during our recent purchase of our first electric car - an MG 5. From the initial phone enquiry, through to our first visit and test drive, and finally on collection day, Wilfie was extremely helpful, honest, polite and went out of his way to make sure the whole experience was relaxed and trouble free. Can't fault the team at all. We purchased our car through Scott and it couldn't have gone smoother . Bought and picked up in less than 48 hours with it cleaned and serviced. Everything was explained and all questions answered, even after we got home with our car and I had something to ask , I got straight through to Scott and he couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

I was pleased with my experience of buying a Citroen car from Penton MG. I was supported through the purchase by Oakley who always greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. He dealt with any questions I had in an efficient and friendly way. He also provided me with lots of useful information. Nothing was too much for him. The vehicle I bought was in an immaculate condition and had been well prepared for the handover. Oakley also made a follow up call a few days after the purchase to make sure that everything was okay. Thank you very much.

This company are so professional and I was so grateful to have been recommended to them for a C service on my elderly A class Mercedes. The reception area is warm and light and I was seen immediately by Lucy who booked me in very quickly, and settled me into the waiting area with a lovely coffee until my friend arrived to take me home.

The service was done by Stephen Bates
that afternoon and I had an E-M saying the car was ready to collect 3 hrs later. I would have no qualms in returning to Penton in the future.
