We have since added a note to the product stating the approximate lead time and advised our staff to ensure contact with our customers with the delivery date when issued.

This review is only based on delivery so far. I ordered a stack of uPVC cladding on a Friday evening and it was delivered late Monday morning. Quite impressive speed. If I'm able to review the product in a few weeks time, I'll try and do so but it's meant to have a 20 year guarantee so I'm hopeful.
