Very poorly packaged
The parcel I received from Plastic Building Supplies was very disappointing. There were 20 metal parts weighing a total of 3 kgs held in a jiffy bag and they had broken through both ends of the bag. Luckily the Royal Mail had repackaged them and none were lost. The parts were satisfactory as they are Marley gutter supports. Price was excellent, the cheapest on the Internet. But PBS must seriously reconsider how they package things going out to customers

Placed my order on 30th September with a 3-5 days delivery. Everything was in stock.
Still no order.
I have contacted them several times on live chat. No-one ever picks up my messages. Please will someone get in touch. I want a refund. I've waited to long.
This is the second order that's not arrived.
