From the initial call, I felt valued as a customer. They managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule, which I really appreciated. The technician who arrived was not only on time but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
He conducted a thorough inspection and cleaning of my chimney. I loved how he took the time to explain each step of the process and provided insightful tips for maintenance. The best part? There was no mess left behind! He made sure everything was cleaned up and left my home looking perfect. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of service was outstanding.

The individual at the checkout was amazing. He tried every way to help with sending my parcel as the qr codes i had didn't work.. but he kept at it and got it to work in the end! He was so polite and keen to help, which is quite rare these days!

Not every shop is equipped the right machine or the right person to qualify to use the machine im extremely angry at this company as they just make it harder for people with pay as you go gas and electricity.
And the payzone online says this shop does this and that and i walk very far to sort my supplies out and i get let down.

I am left with out heating tonight with…
I am left with out heating tonight with a little baby,because there is an issue with the payzone machines in my area (Not my card) from 5pm started at wine express west London shepherds bush. I've phoned British gas who informed me of more shops I could check in and out of area but that's all they can do as I'm not on a smart meter, only to find those 4 stores have an issue as well once I've travelled far and wasted my journey. I would like some form of compensation?? Or a free top up voucher, it's not acceptable as you run such an important service and there is no contact after 5pm and British Gas have no control to see what your company status is if you are having tech issues which it obviously is. We Just left herevwith no access to top up my Gas . It's terrible
