Payzone is a payment system provider that offers mediocre service to a frustrated customer 😆
Oh, and their website only makes matters worse, with broken links and the inability to report issues. The website itself fails to explain what "Payzone Super Agents" really are and how to find them! It uses a language of a child to describe things. Someone who is actually educated and knowledgeable would greatly benefit this company!

Grace Quarcoo
Grace came into my store on Wednesday, because I was having issues with my device not printing receipts, she showed me how to reboot the device and got it working for me. Grace also showed me products like amazon vouchers that I was not aware were on the device and informed me of the Jisp money saver for customers.
Grace was professional and had great interpersonal skills, and I am grateful for help, she is an asset to payzone!
