Do not became partner of Payzone-Royal Mail
I have a convenience store and just started doing drop and collect services for customers. I was given a FIR number and collection times for Royal Mail by Payzone.however it doesn’t work but the worst when I call payzone they insist it works and pass it to royal mail. And royal mail says the number doesn’t work. So we end up receiving lots of parcels from customers in store and no collection by royal mail. Customer service rubbish!!! You call and one person pass it to another person and nothing sorted! If u have a convenience store and thinking about became part of payzone post office partner never do it!!!!!!
