Good service from car park to airport and on the return.
The parking spaces are a bit on the small size for today's larger cars.

Used Bournemouth. Access and leaving is easy using the advance booking system but the exits could be clearer marked, especially at night. I noticed a couple of vehicles obviously trying to find the way out, plus one vehicle had to reverse away from one of the two exit barriers which caused problems. The surface has a lot of loose stones around and the parking bays are not clearly marked leading to some selfish parking.

We always use BCP when we go abroad the car is always well looked after. So easy to use too just drive up park and go enjoy our holiday knowing the car is safe. On our return just collect key and homeward bound within minutes. Highly recommend.

Used at Heathrow, left the car for two weeks with no issues. Easy booking, arrival and departure was fine - just drive up to the barrier on arrival, which then issued a ticket, and inserted the ticket when we departed. Car park was as expected (I looked on Google maps first before booking), shuttle bus was waiting in the car park when we arrived, and we only waited about 10 minutes at the terminal 2 stop for it when we returned. I would recommend the service and use it again.

Easy to book and even change as I realised our return would need a later time. Clear instructions to find and enter car park. Quite full so took a few minutes to find a space but near a bus stop where a bus came within 5 minutes. Our return was to T5 but an easy and free journey by underground link brought us to bus stop at T3 and a 10 minute wait for bus back to car. A good service with clear administration.

Great car parking, which was quickly supported by a two minute free shuttle to & from the airport which is on site.

We parked with you for our two week holiday, between 7th to 21st September. Although parking is easy at Bournemouth Airport the state of the car park itself is terrible, long grass, very small parking spacing, overall rather shabby and unkempt. A warning to others we came back to find our car scratched all down one side, which was not welcomed.I know the car park except no liability for this, but you could help by upgrading the car parking.

Have used NCP Glasgow for many years now. Always safe, prompt transfers and courteous service.

Always use this car park for LHR. Easy to get to, ease of parking, not too far from terminals, good shuttle bus service.

Efficient process throughout and option to change booking timings.
Would happily use again

Could not be better. Drive up and barrier let’s you in. Repeat on return. Short walk to departures.

Very efficient getting in and only issue getting out was the strange barrier system that seemed to take a while to work .Would use again.

As always this is a fast efficient service with bus drivers who help with luggage and office staff who get you on your way promptly. Highly recommended.

Well, to start with everything when departing went well it was only the departure that gave me and a number of others an headache. After a 4 hour flight and getting back to the car park at 12.10am found the fantastic NUMBER PLATE recognition did not work and then eventually finding an unlit call button got through to someone 15 mins later I had to find my booking reference (whilst people were lining up behind) before the barrier eventually was raised and guess what everyone had to go through the same problem having told the person on the other end about the line of cars waiting to get out. Get it sorted you cannot blame technology a person could easily of been there to control the issue or was it warmer in their little office

Purple parking at Gatwick: can’t fault them! Staff are friendly and welcoming; the car is secure (and no excess mileage used whilst “parking”, like in some places). Shuttle to terminals is regular. Wouldn’t use any other company!

People at airport and entry system excellent. Sadly car both outside and inside were filthy on return. Car must have been in lots of mud.
