Refund
Parcel direct absolutely a nightmare to deal with. UPS have confirmed a refund was made to Parcel direct on 2nd of may on my behalf. I have sent 6 emails concerning an update all have been ignored. They have my refund and no email to me to confirm this. THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with ParcelDirect.ie. They didn’t even try to find a solution to the issue or help resolve the problem. I had no information about the collection point and wasn’t expecting any moving boxes — this should have been clearly highlighted for pickup collections, but nothing was explained.
This company just wastes customers’ time and money. They can’t guarantee anything except taking money from your account. No guaranteed delivery date, no delivery hours, not even reliable pickup or collection point information. What a joke of a business.
The service is absolutely poor, with problems even generating shipping labels. Refunds can take up to 10 working days if you’re lucky enough to get your money back at all. In 2026, when services like ZipPay exist, this is embarrassing.
Even An Post is much cheaper and far more reliable than ParcelDirect.ie.
I have now contacted my solicitor regarding this matter and am preparing for further action through the consumer court process because of the poor handling of this situation under the costumer rights.
Stay away from this company.

While we always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible, refunds cannot be issued instantly through services such as ZipPay or similar providers, as all refunds must be processed through the original payment processor. The payment processor advises that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back on the original payment method.

I’ve used Parceldirect.ie a few times and found it easy to use and good value for money. The ability to compare courier prices is really helpful, and most deliveries arrived on time without issues. Customer support could be a bit quicker, but overall a reliable service

Customs issue resolved
Was sending a parcel to the U.K for my son’s birthday and it got stuck in customs. Michael and Rory, the two I dealt with in support, were quick to sort it out. Attentive and helpful service.

Worst courier service ever
Worst courier service ever. Didn’t even pick up parcel for 5 days and telling me every day that it’s due to be picked up today. No time slots allocated for pickup. Sender can’t keep waiting whole day for the driver to come and pickup and which they don’t even come or call.

Terrible service
Terrible service, booked in early February to get courier to pick up birthday items from Dublin to Cork. Time was to be collected 10-5.30pm. Waiting in all day, no show. Contact Parcel Direct and they apologised and said courier will be there next day, again waited in 10-5.30pm. Again no show. Asked for refund on 4 different occasions and I am still waiting, 1 month later. Absolute terrible service, stay away.

Payment done, no order booked, no refund
Mever buy from this website. It's purely scam. Payment is done but no order confirmation is received, parcel is never collected. I asked fkr a refund, they said yes but never received it. Stupidly, I forgot the fraudsters website and I payed and booked for a 2nd time a parcel. Same thing happened. I requested the bank for a refund in the end.
