Established in 2001, we are a licensed retailer of over 100 brands including the infamous Alessi, Kartell, Driade, Flos, Vipp and Qeeboo. Very Poor Service

An appealing website with gorgeous products, unfortunately my experience has not been good. Communication inconsistent and delivery promises not fulfilled. Still awaiting my order. I do not recommend using this company.

Disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up

Ordered a chair back in April. It was a made to order chair. Fine. I can wait. However, too much hassle to get an update, confirm delivery, ....etc
Not proactive approach, meaning they don't proactively contact the customer waiting for an update, I had to chase them constantly.
Tried to call the office several times: voicemail. Never got a call back.
It's now been exactly 6 months.
Won't order from this company, especially high value items.

I do appreciate that this is very frustrating, however we are obliged to get updates from our suppliers that we then pass onto you. This means there are sometimes delays in communication. I will be investigating this order myself and will contact you directly. I placed an order on the 18th July and…

I placed an order on the 18th July and received a confirmation email of my order saying I'll be informed when the product is sent out. I've called since many times and emailed once but can't seem to get a response...
I followed up again having been told I'd be contacted on the 6th October- no word came. I followed up again on the 11th and was told they had no further info. Now cancelled the order- nearly three months of delay, no delivery of course, and every interaction has had to be chased by me. Not a company I would use again, really useless.

Dear George, I have checked your order and an automated confirmation was sent out to you on 18thJuly stating the delivery expectation for your item is 3-5 weeks from this date.
We have an email from you on 27th July, whereby we have an auto response that advises we will be in touch within 2-3 business days, therefore we aim to contact you today with an update.
We apologise that you felt the need to leave a 2* review in this instance and I have notified our sales administrator to speak with you today.

Update on requested refund of £498.00

Further to my review below re the purchase of Northern Over Me lights at a cost of £498:00, I can now confirm that after 39 days (9 days over the legal time frame as stated by the Panik Team) I have received a full refund. It was not accompanied by an apology nor did I receive a response to the email I sent chasing the refund. It seems the best place to get a response from the Panik Team is here on Trustpilot. I will not be making purchases from Panik Design again.

Whilst we value constructive criticism at Panik to improve our service, in this instance it is evident that there was extensive email correspondence from us keeping you informed of your order every step of the way.

I have explored the email trail between yourself and Panik which shows that you were responded to promptly at each stage with sincere apologies that we were trying to, but unable to, complete your purchase.

We are incredibly regretful that we could not fulfil your order in this instance and that your experience with us was not positive.

The refund you received, although actioned by us by 30days, was ultimately received by you outside the 30day policy, for which we are deeply apologetic.

We are also incredibly sorry that we were not able to obtain your Northern Over Me lights and hope that you were able to make this purchase successfully elsewhere.

It can take a while on certain items but to be expected

It’s difficult as with this stuff the lead times on stock is quite long, I have bought from other retailers of these kinds of products and it can take a while .. especially when the factory closes for summer!
Was difficult to get through to someone but there were valid reasons and When they were in touch they were extremely helpful
I look forward to receiving my item!
I would buy from them again

Great Customer Service

A couple of years ago, I purchased a couple of skull candle holders, when they arrived one of them had a small blemish, Panik said no problem, and they promptly changed it with no hassle, I’ve been buying from them ever since, great service, well done.

two-month-old Trouble with a lamp

If you're lucky enough to buy something they have in stock it's probably fine but if they have to order something for you it becomes a problem but for the buyer they keep extending the delivery time as if a standard lamp would be made especially for you. I do not recommend it, it's just trouble.

Panic…. Don’t panic, they can help…

I have used Panik for many years now and must say the service and quality of the products are excellent. The owner Paul is very very passionate about what he sells. He would not sell anything that is bad. I’ve also had the pleasure to meet Jilly who has handled many of my sales and the passion runs through to his team. If you see something you like. Don’t be afraid to ask. They are more than happy to help you.

Great Customer Service

I have dealt with Panik-Design over the last 10-12 years and have always received first class service. I recently purchased a Menu salt & pepper mill and was so delighted with it that I have now bought the same set for my son and daughter-in-law. Thanks for your great customer service.

Complaint rectified efficiently with apologies. I give ( stars for their helpfulness

Very disappointed. Ordered two George Jenson photo frames on June 3rd. Order no #PD4098 no sign of them. Finding it impossible to negotiate their website and find out what has happened. The frames were expensive.
Used Shop Pay. Their website is useless , it requires loading an app to track the package. Never had this problem before. Just want my purchase or a refund
