The delivery was on time and the driver…
The delivery was on time and the driver was great. 5 stars for that bit. Unfortunately one corner of the pallet was badly damaged, to the point where it is unusable. Hopefully I’ll not need to return my purchase, but if I did, the pallet would need major repairs before I could use it.

North America to UK - Personal Move (2) Pallets
My experience with Pallet2Ship was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish they were informative, accommodating, and explained the many steps of the process of shipping freight from North America to the UK. At every turn, it seemed they found a way to solve problems I assumed were going to be up to me to solve, all the while remaining incredibly reasonable in terms of pricing. I am not sure I have left a review that deserved 5 stars as much as Pallet2Ship does, but 5 is all they allow me to give.
They took a process that generally is by default going to be kind of a stressful one from someone moving home and shipping their personal effects across an ocean, and just said they would take care of it, and then they followed through. I appreciated every interaction and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that mentions needing a service like this. An overall great experience and excellent service.
