I spent hundreds of pounds last year on knives, toaster and kettle, plates.. bowls, oven gloves etc as I had a new kitchen.
Every single thing that I bought was faulty in some way. Knives have rusted.. plates had glaze defects, paint coming off the plastics on the toaster, the kettle that was sent had an already attached returns label...
I wanted to like what I bought, rarely leave reviews, however as everything was just so bad, I feel compelled.
Awful quality and I will never spend a single penny at any of the outlets or online again.

For no reason that I can think of they cancelled my home insurance as - 'We are unable to offer you a renewal due to our underwriting criteria'. No other explanation when requested. I've never made a claim.
All I can think of is that I have just hit 50 and that I was recently diagnosed with cancer.
Terrible.

Waited in all day for delivery and nothing. Tracking wasn't available and the Live Chat was pointless, I waited a long time and then the agent cancelled the chat... will be asking for a full refund and will not shop with Wickes again. Poor experience and a wasted day. Livid.

15 days from initial order and still nothing as the first order was strangely returned to sender. Received a message yesterday advising that I can expect delivery today. DPD have not even received the parcel. Really poor service, save yourself a lot of hassle and buy from somewhere that actually sends out the product ordered. I've wasted a day at home and a lot of time trying to speak to someone. Shame.
Update. Patrick has now cancelled my order. Why I do not know, he was promising delivery at the latest this Saturday. Well done Patrick, you really have wasted my time. Terrible company to use.

Used to sell beautiful clothing and I have spent £000's with them. Customer services are awful though and items have been missed off a delivery leaving me to chase up and find out what is happening. They have taken my money and I am really struggling to get a refund despite them stating the items will not be sent. Having to go through Paypal to resolve it. I have used chat and sent emails. I will sadly never use them again. Please also be aware that the quality seems to be going downhill.. Shame really, just when you think some shops are good they become awful!

Delivery was very late, blinds the wrong size (which they agreed to be the case), was then asked to take numerous photographs as 'proof', customer service takes up to 2 days to respond and are pretty useless, dealt with 7 different agents regarding collection... In the end I gave up and cut them to size myself. They are without question the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Would not buy from them again. Nah.

I am trying to buy a ticket online, I do not know if I have been successful and whether I can travel today as the website is not working. Not only are the trains AWFUL but the service is. After today I will not use Avanti again after happily using this line to commute between London and Crewe for over a year prior to them taking it over. Please bring back Virgin, this lot are simply embarassing. No wonder the rail network is so utterly useless.

I will have been without the internet (I use WiFi for everything..) for 13 days when the 'broadband specialist engineer' finally arrives. I have no faith.. When a company can have so much control over your life but simply does not care, you have a real problem. I can honestly say that I hate EE more than I've hated anything at this moment.

Awful. I have been a customer for many years (originally Orange) and I have been left without a connection for 8 days now. They have not sent out a replacement router as requested (the existing is 5 + years old) but have offered £30 in compensation. I would rather have access to the internet and not have to deal with a company that does not care. I struggle to understand how a company can be this bad.
