Excellent Communication

Recently bought two paddle boards from Paddlefast. Order was delayed by a couple of weeks through no fault of Paddlefast. Emma communicated over email, keeping me up to date with the order throughout the time. I can't recommend them enough, delighted with our boards and the service.

Fantastic customer service, product and delivery

Paddlefast provide fantastic advice and guidance when purchasing from them. The service was wonderful and I received my 1mm neoprene trousers within 24 hours of ordering them. Absolutely delighted with them. Would certainly recommend them and will be buying from them again. Thank you so much Emma.
