Great service. Emma is knowledgable and friendly and the purchase of my new paddleboard was exceptionally easy and efficient. I would highly recommend and will buy from Paddlefast again.

Super shopping experience
Really smooth transaction. Website easy to navigate around and contained some genuinely interesting content unrelated to what they could sell you. Product was a good price. Postage was swift, packaging excellent. Personal note included, nice touch.
Would recommend without reservation. Just a shame the physical shop isn’t more local.

Incredibly fast service
Incredibly fast service. Also received a phone call from the owner to check if I’d like to pick up or get free delivery (since I live not to far from the shop) - she was bubbly, friendly and excited for my new paddle boarding adventure!

Avoid
Looked for a kayak/kayak accessories shop near me and was offered this place. Very difficult to find with a steep potholed drive. When I turned in a flustered lady came running up to my van to ask almost accusingly “can I help” in a very passive aggressive tone. “I’m looking for paddle fast the kayak shop”… “we don’t sell kayaks, I’m on the school run and it’s appointment only. This is all being said in a very much “why are you here” “get out of my drive”. Very unfriendly, dismissive and utterly rude. Avoid…

We are a small, family-run business that prides itself on customer support and service.
In order to deliver the very best service while keeping our customers and staff safe we have implemented an appointment system, which is clearly indicated on our website. That said I will make sure it is made more obvious.
As I have indicated we a family run business with a young family, at times we are not available. Another reason why we run an appointment system.
Kayaking products are out with our core range, as you can see from our Google listing and website. If we can help with sailing or Stand up Paddleboarding please let us know.
The drive is deliberately bumpy to slow drivers down, helps keep the young family safe.
