Fantastic service from Emma and the team. I wanted a particular paddle, which Emma managed to get added to her existing order with the supplier, arrived super quick, and she even co-ordinated postage so it arrived ASAP after my holidays, but not so early I wasn’t there! Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but praise for the expertise, advice and helpfulness of the company and staff. They have helped to to select high performance paddles to suit my needs, acquire them and provide them at the best prices that I have found in the UK.
Very quick delivery times and perfect condition items.
The staff are always helpful and very fast responding to any questions.
I go back to them time and time again when I am looking for a good product with great customer service.

SUP quick release waist belt
Ordered a Rec Paddle SUP quick release waist belt and it was delivered within 2 days. The product seems to be of high quality and is easy to use. I am very pleased with it.

Excellent service from Emma and team at Paddlefast. I wanted to order 2 of the same item. Only 1 in stock. Emma emailed to advise more stock was coming, and if I ordered second item, she would batch it up with first item and post together. Job done! Easy! Will definitely be buying from Paddlefast again. Thank you!

Superb company
I cannot fault the service I received from Emma.
Not only did she take the time to help me select the correct paddle board but she also sent an email with alternative options. She was extremely friendly and helpful.
After payment the board arrived within a few days.
As it’s a gift we haven’t opened box yet but it is certainly well packaged.
I will certainly use the company again.
