Excellent products at unbeatable prices, all made in England with British wool. Happy of being a customer for several years.

Well after stumbling across this delightful company I have at last found one that uses British Wool , made exclusively here which I prefer .

I made an error on my order putting medium as I usually do for Irish companies which sell mainly to the American market . I phoned them up to change it to a large being a British company and spoke to the most delightful Lula Toon who was so helpful and informative and a delight to speak to. Who kindly agreed that the UK large made in Britain is equal to the Irish medium.

My jumper arrived and have since bought two more. I felt at last I have found the good old fashioned knitwear this country used to produce ! The quality of the goods is outstanding and the service impeccable .

In my last purchased I discovered the wonderful company will mend your jumpers over time from wear and tear or snagging for free and all you have to pay for is the return postage . Now that is what I call first class service. Never seen in my life on the Web.

I strongly recommend that you support this lovely company and the charming staff including Lula Toon and her sister.

A company in this day and age offering a first class old fashioned service, unique in this day and age. They deserve to do well .

My thanks goes to Lula for her time and patience and wish the company well for having such delightful staff at a time when they are so busy.

Ordered jumper was next day delivery but courier did not ring number to get access so missed them I was going on holiday next day so had to have it returned called back when home and girls on customer service re sent it was told next day again got it to day top quality I've paid more for the same type it's top quality oiled wool polo neck and customer service would be very hard to beat will use again comes in cotton bag for storage

I have recently bought two Beerenberg Oiled Wool Pullovers, and I love them. A great product, really warm and you feel cocooned by the way they seem to hug you when you wear them. Good customer service too. I ordered the wrong size on line, but corrected with an email before shipping. They still sent the wrong size, but a quick phone call and Megan turned around the next size up in double quick time, so it arrived the next day in time for Christmas, Thank you Megan! This would be 5 stars but she forgot the promised free returns envelope, so I posted back at my cost, but no worries. I highly recommend this product and company.

Okay guys, listen up.
A few months ago I decided to try to find a 'forces-style' woollen pullover similar to the one I had 30-odd years ago. This turned out to be more difficult than I had anticipated, but some diligent research involving Mr Google's most famous product and I eventually landed on Outdoor Knitwear.
I looked at the (really well-made) site and settled on a blue-gray Woolly Pully with patches (I think it was called 'York').
An order was placed and the WP arrived in short order. Naturally, I had ordered a size too small but hey-ho....
This was duly returned for a larger one which arrived within a day or two - and get this - they didn't charge extra postage! This was despite the fault being entirely mine.
I have found the new WP to be exceptional. It is an excellent, comfortable fit and is very warm. It is well-cut, heavy-ish (but you hardly know you're wearing it) and it looks good 'on'. It now feels like an old friend after only a couple of washes.
So far, it hasn't stretched or shrunk, but like any woollen product it's probably best to take at least a modicum of care.
I have now bought another two, one for me in a different colour and one as a Christmas prezzie.
The Christmas prezzie was well received which was most unfortunate as it caused a civil war, and I've now had to order another for the recipient's big brother...
In summary, this is a cracking product for the money and Outdoor Knitwear are a cracking company regarding customer service and delivery speed, etc.
Best transactions I've made this year. Honest.
