I love your hoodies. They're wonderfully made, the perfect arm length. You really know how to make a good hood and they're perfect for this time of year. I loved the red superstar hoodie so much that I had to gift the brown hoody to a friend of mine.

Your dishonest review is very harmful to our small business. Spreading false information about the safe delivery of your parcel is illegal. We have reviewed the Royal Mail App including the photograph and signature and have cross referenced your home address and it was indeed signed and delivered to the correct address. We have also been extremely cooperative by responding to your questions and queries which are now deemed as fraudulent. We simply cannot understand why you would purchase an item from our business and go through all of the hassle of trying to scam us into getting your money back and then leave a dishonest review. Please note your customer ID has been flagged as fraudulent. We hope other businesses do not have to deal with such a dishonest customer.
