They’re lovely helpful fellas at Our Weigh. My scales weren’t weighing quite right and they went out of their way to have them fixed. The scales are spot on now, I’m chuffed with them.

Pros and cons
I liked that they delivered the item quite quickly. I did not like that the 'brand-new' weighing scale had a deep scratch mark on the bottom side.

I have checked your order and as this was to reported we were not given the chance to change the scale for you (which would always be an option) also it may the plastic protection covering which is scratched.

Quick, secure shipping
Quick shipment. Quality items. However, the ruck sack I ordered was out of stock, and wouldn’t restock for months. They were supposed to contact me about this issue, but I instead received the wrong carrying case for my infant scale. I was able to contact customer service and they have stated the correct item will ship to me when back in stock. Hopefully this is soon.
