I have checked your order and the product you have purchased. I have also checked our website and the description for the Brecknell 405 clearly states "Power: AC and four AA batteries for portability" There is not a version of this model with a built in rechargeable battery. However always feel free to contact us, we are more than happy to help you chose the most suitable scale for your requirements.

I cannot see that you are a customer of ours so I am unsure how you have received any emails. You will always have the options to unsubscribe, however again if you are not a customer and have not requested information from us I cannot see how this is possible. No stock to monies up front pending…
No stock to monies up front pending stock arrival. Nothing arrived for 3 months. No communications to us - we had to chase every time for update. At least refund was timely!

I do apologise regarding this stock issue these were due into the UK and delayed several times due to customs. We did advise each time we had an update and we did offer a refund on each occasion. It is very frustrating on the odd occasion when customs do stop containers, I can again only apologies on this occasion.
