Works well lot better quality than the old on I had

I had a problem with the scales I purchased after a few months and got in touch with customer services. They were so helpful and polite and explained to me what they were going to about it. They emailed a code for me to return them by post and they promptly sent me a new set. To be honest I have never had such good customer services from any company as I have had from them. I would recommend them to anyone you won't be disappointed.

We had to buy some scales for our business and we spent some time looking around. We came to the Our Weigh site and saw good reviews and that they were reasonably priced. I can say they are perfect for what we need. They are compact and well designed. Have all the functions we need and even have a built in level so you can make sure the scales are level on the surface you’re on. We have had them a couple of months and have had no issues. Came in a reasonable amount of time but we had to wait for our certificate for the calibration test, which obviously adding a delay on the delivery, but well worth it so we can trade correctly. All in all a decent experience and will shop with them again.

Quite a slow scale to get a reading from, and notice that weighing the same item several times you get a different reading, so I'm a bit disappointed with accuracy tbh
